They delayed the process by taking three days to accept my payment, NEVER sent a confirmation or receipt, nor did they respond to my email about my concerns and only acceptedy payment aftery email was sent. I am making it my life's mission to inform as many people I can about my experience with this company. They played email tag requesting photos and everything else under the sun to deny my refund claim. They do not provide a return slip as they already know that they will not offer returns or refunds. I am not the only one they have used this tactic with- refer to Reddit and BBB, places they cant change the reviews. Stay far away. Go to Bath and Body Works. Their products smell great, last longer.
