“I am very upset. I ordered a bunch of candles to be Christmas presents for my family on Dec 12, I keep checking daily and it still showed processing supposed to be 2-3 day shipping' I sent an email' wheres my order?? They still have it. I may not get it in time to give my Christmas presents to my family and all they offered me was if your not happy we will give a refund. I sent back another email and no response. This is my very 1st time ordering from here, I had heard so many amazing things and now Im out money on my credit card and Its 3 days til Christmas and cant get gifts for my family. NOT HAPPY AT ALL”

“Worse company ever. They advertised to order before Dec 9th to ensure you get by Christmas. When everyone called them out on they pathetic business ethics, they removed that feom their website. They take your money and refuse to ship your items. It was placed 14 days ago and no shipment as of yet. Temu would have even had your order to you already. I believe this company is a scam. From the other post, there are many of us who feel robbed.”

“Do NOT count on Goose Creek around the holidays!! Their customer service is awful if you are lucky enough to get an email through within 3 days. I placed an order on December 8 and as of December 21 it still hasn’t shipped. Took me several tries to get anyone to respond to an email only to be told….I’m so sorry we’re experiencing high volume and basically I was just out of luck. Oh, they did offer to cancel my order numerous times instead of offering to see what they could do to get it pushed through. Please keep in mind. “Unlike most I ordered Thanksgiving night. It only took about 10 days to receive my order so that wasn't bad. I absolutely loved the secure packaging. My problem with them is that only 2 of the candles gave off a smell. The Candy Cane kiss only smelled for the first 2 hours and didn't burn right. I tried for about the last week and a half but I finally threw it away a few minutes ago. Just lit the Wonderland and so far nothing. It's in a 10x12 room. So disappointed yet thankful I didn't order for Christmas gifts. Back to B&B works for this customer.”

You can’t get anyone on the phone- just texts and emails that you can’t even reply to. They can keep this order forever and a day. years however the vast majority leave you with that generic waxy scent with minimal throw. There is NO LONGER the option of speaking with a LIVE representative. ALL communication is via utilization of their website. Presently I am contending with a CHRISTMAS order placed (out of desperation) 12/11 and it has NOT shipped as of 12/19. Needless to say, once the order arrives AFTER CHRISTMAS, it will IMMEDIATELY be returned UNOPENED. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!!
