First time ordering and will be my last! Ordered 12/11 and I’ve yet to get a tracking number! All they do is text staying order will be shipped soon! The customer service is below zero! I ordered because my coworker likes candles and i couldn’t do gift exchange for work because i didn’t receive my order yet!

Pretty much the same across the board. Terrible company GARENTEED DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS. ordered on the 8th nothing . TEMU ships faster. I don't care how busy you are you fly your banner of GARENTEED delivery before christmas then you make sure that you can support your promise. It's called FALSE ADVERSTISEMENT. You lured in thousands of customers with a promise to buy from you and delivery before christmas. I believe you need to pay the shipping and give out a few free candles. It's your fault not your consumers. GOOSE CREEK CANDLES YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I WILL MAKE SURE I CIPY AND PASTE THIS EVERYWHERE.

ordered on 12/8 over $100 and zero communication from this company. now it is 12/24 and nothing yet. no response to any of my emails. Horrible customer service!!!!!!

I’m in the same boat as everyone else in here. I ordered candles that were supposed to be here within 2-5 business days and here we are the day before the holiday and no candles. I ordered mine in 12/11/24. I placed an order for an item from Texas on the same day and it came 4 days after it was ordered. Thankfully I wasn’t planning on giving the candles away as gifts. I feel for those who paid money who did. What a way to mess peoples plans up and now they have to spend more money on gifts. I could have gotten candles from B&BB by now for the amount of time I’ve been waiting to get my order. I received a text message asking me if I wanted to cancel the order. I’m like “No”, I’m not letting you off that easily and not fulfilling my order! I believe all should receive frees shipping and a candle for this terrible inconvenience.

I ordered mine 3 candles on December 14 and absolutely nothing!! You can’t even email them and you can’t do the form the provide because of the stupid captcha!! Highly disappointed!!

Wish I could give zero stars. Placed my order on December 8th and haven't received an update on order. Very displeased with this company. Took my money (OVER $100) and I've received no product or update on shipping. Really close to reporting you to the BBB. VERY UNACCEPTABLE!

Order candles on Dec. 8th. They just shipped and will arrive in Jan. Emailed multiple times with no answer until today when they acted like nothing is wrong. Phone number just hangs up on you. Terrible business would not recommend to anyone.

I ordered on December 8th and it stated online that they would arrive before Christmas. I've received nothing from them and nobody responded to my email. I've never ordered from them before, but read great reviews. I won't be ordering again. If the candles don't arrive soon I will be requesting a refund. Very disappointing 😞

To the Meece family, I have been a loyal customer for many many years and absolutely love your candles and shipment always went smoothly. Until my order placed on 12/8/24 over 14 days ago and still without a shopping date or time. I'm not sure why this is happening or how you are allowing this to happen when your website states ships 2-3 days. I really hope that you will rectify this very bad situation as I read over 66 complaints related to mine. No I don't want a refund but I do feel we need to be compted for free shipping next over and a candle. This is absolutely unfair and unacceptable as we bought your amazing candles to gift for Christmas. Please make this right to keep your loyal customers.

Sure wish I did my research on this company beforehand… Co-workers told me great things about their candles so I ordered over $100 in candles as presents for Christmas. Placed order December 6th, said it will be delivered in time for Christmas and orders ship within 3-5 days. I receive an email 12/22 @ 4:30pm stating my order is barely getting ready to ship out of Kentucky and will be here JANUARY 2ND, JANUARY 2ND ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! 16 days later and they are barely leaving the warehouse and won’t be here until after the new year!?!! You’ve got to be freaking kidding me!!! Almost a month later for some freaking candles! This place is a joke… first time and last time customer!! I should’ve just went to bath and body works… I’m convinced they filter out reviews on their website! Now I have to scramble 2 days before Christmas to replace 7 gifts, thanks a lot Goose Creek, for making my first time experience a horrible one! F**k this place, I’m so upset and disappointed. Save yourself the time and disappointment and just order B&BW! Lesson learned

I ordered candles for Christmas gifts 11 days ago and haven't even received an email saying they have shipped. I sent them a message and have gotten no response. I've ordered from them before and had no complaints about my service but I will never order from them again.

When you order for Christmas, and don’t receive them is very disappointing. They said order now to receive for Christmas and it didn’t happen. Order date was 12/09. Still haven’t received

In 11 days they couldn’t even ship out an order? It’s not like you’re making the candles to order. I understand the holidays maybe a busy time but here’s a concept: maybe hire additional holiday temp workers! You can not & should not count on Goose creek specially around the holidays…

I ordered 3 candles on December 9 for Xmas gifts. I have received 1 email on December 19 saying they are working on the order. This morning sent them a message asking to cancel the order. It’s too bad because I was so excited to give these for Xmas.

I placed an order a year ago and was pleased with the product and shipping was quick so I placed another order on Dec 7, BIG MISTAKE! I immediately received a confirmation email and the took their payment from my account. Like everyone else I never heard anything else from them. I sent several emails and finally got a generic response basically saying they were overwhelmed with orders. I got a text a few days ago saying UPS received the label, nothing since then! Non existent customer service! I will NEVER order from them again and will warn all my FB friends! Shame on you Goose Creek!!!! 😡
