“Delivery took longer than expected due to a 'technical error' with their systems. Items arrived and were packaged well (shampoos etc were taped over to prevent leaks)”

“Original items were out of stock so I asked for alternatives. Dealt with a lovely person called Emma who sent my order 2 days later. Delighted with my items. Had to phone them regarding my order hence 4 stars, otherwise it would have been 5 stars! Products are fab and very good prices. Yes I would use Gooseberry again.”

“The price and delivery was very good, only issue was I accidentally put in the incorrect house number for delivery, I emailed 3 times and got No response and item was delivered to the incorrect address. I emailed as soon as order was placed so mix up could be rectified before it was sent. That is my only issue.”

“Fast delivery. Would recommend and use Gooseberry again. Additional packaging may be helpful as the bottle cap to the shampoo was broken in transit. Fortunately none of the product leaked.”
