“DO NOT ORDER FROM GOOSEBERRY SHOP I ordered goods on 9th December and to date (8th March) still no goods or refund despite emailing regularly over the last 3 months!”

“Outer box was tatty and re-used, assumed for such an expensive product it would have come in a Gooseberry branded box. The box for the product was also broken, wasn?t impressed with overall packaging at all.”

“Delivery of the item was so slow. There was no indication on ordering it that it would take so long to arrive. I ended up buying a smaller bottle from elsewhere to get me through.”

“Good service with ordering online and prompt delivery. Very disappointed with the sticky tape put over my bottles, I assume this was to stop them from leaking. Having removed the tape, it has stripped the colour off my bottles and left a very sticky residue. This is a real shame because it looks like I have picked the products up from the reduced section when I actually paid full price.”

“Paid extra postage for 2-3 day delivery. Technical problems at company meant my parcel was delayed and did not arrive in the specified time. I was promised a refund of the extra postage I had paid, but I am still waiting for that.”

“Ordered 2 items from here both came in good time. I received a nice email from gooseberry shop to say thank you for ordering the 2 items. 1 item (hair treatment) when opened from the packaging was oily like the product had leaked. I wiped it over and all was fine. Other item came perfect”
