DO NOT ORDER FROM GOOSEBERRY SHOP I ordered goods on 9th December and to date (8th March) still no goods or refund despite emailing regularly over the last 3 months!

Still waiting for my order. Have phoned and e mailed with no replies. I shall be contacting my bank and trading standings although l suspect they are a complete con.

Paid for 2-3 day delivery, did not receive the order until 3 weeks later. Prices are good but in future I’ll pay more and shop elsewhere.

Was a bit disappointed that delivery took 6 days (admittedly I ordered on a Saturday) despite ordering a 48 hour delivery.

Good price postage takes a full 7 (working) days so no 3 days. Great communication if you need to ask any questions.

label m definer seem to be old stock as I couldn't get it out of the jar....... Moisturising conditioner, treatment shampoo and volume mousse was just as I was expecting brilliant products.

The product leaked out of top slightly. Not packaged well enough or had been bashed around.

Good outcome but unusual process. A few weeks delay in shipping with no communication. What I received is not one 300 ml bottle of shampoo but four bottles of 75 mil. I got what I ordered in the end which is great. A bit more communication in between would've been good.

The bag containing the product had burst open and the contents were scattered along the hall floor. This could have been when the postman pushed the bag through the letterbox. Suggest gooseberry uses a stronger packaging for future.

I had a very unsettling time waiting over the expected delivery date for over £200 worth of product. The customer service response however was excellent and the outcome was more than satisfactory as they upgraded my products as compensation for the unexplained delay.

Item did not arrive within 16 days. I contacted company and then received it after another 6 days. It appears that it wasnt sent out when I first ordered it.

Placed order 2 weeks before Christmas, having heard nothing after 7 days contacted customer services to be told they would resend item. Item arrived 23rd December to a great sigh of relief as the item was a Christmas present.for.daughter
