“I ordered goods which I was told Would arrive on 01 June. On 06 June I had to contact you to advise that said goods still hadn't arrived. Although it was extremely frustrating to sort out, eventually you refunded my money. Please sort out your deliveries as your prices are really good but you let yourselves down with the delivery. If you had offered to re-send my stuff with next day delivery for no charge I would have stayed with you. 5 stars for your refund process”

“Placed order 11th May, item was only dispatched 19th even though website says dispatch within 48hrs and order was only received 23rd May. The bottles that arrived also looked different to the images online - although this could be due to product re-branding, still maybe this should have been mentioned as I'm not sure it's the same product? Fortunately I didn't need it urgently so the delay didn't bother as much.”

“Despite having paid for premium delivery good arrived at the same time as standard delivery. However, hair products are great and gooseberry seemed the best value for money so would probably buy from them again but expect products later than anticipated”

“Unfortunately one of the products I ordered (the KMS Curlup shampoo) was not despatched but, apparently because it was out of stock, had been replaced with another KMS product. Disappointing.”

“SLOW DELIVERY - AND WHY WRAP EVERYTHING IN SELLOTAPE ? IT TOOK ME OVER 30 MINUTES TO REMOVE IT FROM THE 8 TUBES OF PRODUCT ORDERED !!”

“Ho avuto il piacere di parlare con Adam e mi ha risolto tutti i problemi legati al primo pagamento, che non potevo effettuare avendo contattato pure PayPal e dicendomi che non era un problema mio. Adam anche stavolta ha risolto tutto ed è stato gentilissimo ed esperto nel suo lavoro. Per concludere con il problema della spedizione lenta per di più di un prodotto danneggiato, ma ancora una volta Adam si è scusato per il disagio! Ordine effettuato giorno 11/04 ma il pacco è partito solo oggi in data 25/04. Questo quanto accaduto, adesso spero solo che arrivi in settimana. Saluti Carmelo Farruggio.”

“The order took much longer than I expected. Perhaps this was due to the Easter holiday period, but was given a delivery date much earlier than they arrived. Had a strange email which stated no tracking was available until the goods were delivered!! Goods were well packed. I bought from this company because of the price so will try them again when it is not a bank holiday period to see if the delivery improves”

“Ordered 30th March, not delivered by 10th April, queried. Quick reply advised goods damaged, should have had a message. Given 10% future discount coupon. Goods sent out 16th arrived in a battered box 18th.”

“Goods arrived later than expected although I paid for tracked service as I wanted goods urgently. To be fair they have refunded my post costs and yes I will order again because they did reply to my emails with apologies and an extra 10% offer off my next purchase.”

“Unfortunately my first experience was not good as my order was mislaid, along with a batch of other customers. It was only when querying the lateness of the order that it was brought to light. No problem with the product when eventually got it and the price I paid was good.”
