“I've given 2 stars for the product range, good prices and friendly customer service staff who I've had plenty of email correspondence with. Unfortunately, the two orders I placed before Christmas have still not arrived at nearly the end of January, even though I have repeatedly been told they will arrive in 'the next few days.' No tracking provided. Not sure they were ever dispatched.”

“Did not deliver 125ml bottle as advertised on website. Instead delivered 100ml bottle with three 10ml bottles. This should be made clear on website. Slow to dispatch order and slow to arrive.”

“The paper packaging had been damaged in the rain so the package was open. As a result, the bottle had leaked. Every other company I've ordered from has used a box to deliver in.”

“I ordered 3 items and received 2. I called gooseberry and they said to write them. I write them and no response. I write them again after 1 week and no response. Not sure what to think of the company.”

“Only part of the order arrived, no communication to advise why the other part hadn't. When contacting them they were keen to refund half the order rather than actually send the product. It then took another week to receive the second part of the order.”
