“Great product selection but the hair gel leaked during transport and no easy way to contact the store. I'm sure it's more to do with Kevin Murphy rather than Gooseberry, but it happened.”

“I purchased a hairdryer and was really pleased with the customer service, speedy delivery. I was disappointed with the packaging as the hairdryer was just loose in the box and the see through panel on the box has come off so I had to selotape it back on as it was a present.”

“All that I expected - good price as that was key denominator and swift delivery. Like that you care to have feedback and good words to entice me to respond as most of the time I do not as too busy working until the wee hours. Dont like that you then want to use review (having just seen question to show name or not, as I prefer to keep it as private feedback”
