Service was a bit dissapointing as had used previously and had a good service. Items were delivered late and were not the x'mas packs as ordered. Other than an automated response, I had no replies to my emails.

Helpful mostly, but one of the products I received was different from that ordered. I wished they had corresponded to let me know they were sending something different, rather than assuming I wanted what they replaced it with.

Goods delivery time was over the stated 5 working days. No explanation, lack of communication from Gooseberry.

The packaging was a bit dented when it arrived. Could have been package better when sent. Fortunately it was only the product box that got dented.

Delivery wasn't as prompt as my usual supplier. It took 7 days for the items to arrive in a bag with no protection. The sealed wrapper and box on the one item was completely squashed when I opened the box the lid was snapped off at the leave in conditioner. Which now means on a £15 plus conditioner I have to wrap a bag around it after use.

The problem with Gooseberry is that their order Fulfillment need a lot of work, the customer service number rings out no one picks it up, it took 5 days before dispatch, on the hunch i sent out an email to the owner who replied there was a faulty batch of products that came thorough. However, if I didn't contact them I would haven't known, communicate with your customers don't leave them guessing. Fortunately I finally spoke to Adam who i must say was very apologetic and sorted out my problems promptly and efficiently. On the whole not a good experience. But happy with the end result.

I ordered the shampoo on 24/9/17. It said it would be delivered in 5 business days, so it was due on 2/10/17 at the latest. The Royal Mail attempted to deliver it on 7/10/17 which was 10 business days later, but I was out so they took it to the sorting office, but when I went to collect it they couldn't find it. They finally delivered it on 14/10/17. I accept that some of this was not Gooseberry's fault.

Average. The item came in a brown box rattling around. The item looked liked it had been opended. No invoice in the box

Took a long time to answer email query. Agreed to post all items together as I had to order one item later. This never happened. Takes a long time to arrive.

Gooseberry had problems with delivering the order. I had to e-mail to see what the problem was. They were very apologetic about the matter and offered me 10% off my next order. Everyone happy!

Item not in stock so late delivery, no notification of lateness, compensation offered 10% no more than is offered just for signing up for emails.

The price was good but the item took a while to arrive. When it arrived I unwrapped it and popped it in my drawer. A couple of days later, when I used it, it wasn't the correct item. I wasn't aware there was a similar product and I had been sent Reflection Masque Chromatique. Disappointing.

Very impressed with the good price, which is why we choose to purchase from them. Received a confirmation email straightaway. All good. Didn't hear anything from them at all--no confirmation, no delivery update, nothing. Two weeks later (not within 5 working days) we thankfully received the item in the post. No issue with the item itself; it's just that we're used to updates and confirmation emails, so it was rather unnerving when we hadn't received the package for two weeks. We were actually going to contact gooseberry that afternoon, but thankfully the package arrived.

This shampoo arrived leaking it's contents and I therefore am not satisfied with the way it was packaged. Precautions should have been made to ensure the top was made fully secure and therefore suitable for entering the postal system, a Jiffy Bag is an inappropriate package for liquids of any kind.

Service was good for communication but very slow for delivery. I bought the same product from another site and got it in 48 hours nor 10 days!
