“I am very disappointed that I have still not received my order. I cannot track the order as The system will not accept my login and password details. The actual process of ordering was good and I would order from them again if my order turns up with a reason for the delay.”

“I received the wrong order. Sent an email stating this, got a very quick response on how to return items, (free of charge). Ok, I had to go to the post office, not a hardship but a bit of an inconvenience. Waiting for the correct order to arrive. Will give another review when it arrives. So far so good.”

“I purchased two products from the Kerastase Resistance range from this company, gooseberry. Speaking from extensive experience in communicating with gooseberry, their customer service is 100%. They were incredibly patient, kind, understanding and advisory. The products arrived immediately, also, and the products are genuine Kerastase. All in all, 10 star service. I will be returning.”

“I haven't recieved my order and the tracking number for the delivery was not recognized by Royal Mail. I paid for 48hr delivery. It's been one week. Customer service is only available Monday to Friday.”
