“Placed my order on 11th April, products were the cheapest I could find on any website, I was a little dubious as I had never heard of the website before but I took a chance and placed the order, I paid additional delivery cost to get tracked delivery within 2 days, it still hadn't arrived by the 19th April (they had taken payment on the 11th though) and the order wasn't even showing as dispatched on their website. Having heard nothing from them I contacted them to be told that some items were damaged in the warehouse and they were waiting for more stock and that I should have been informed but I wasn't. The items finally arrived on 24th April which is unacceptable. They did offer a refund on the additional delivery I paid and also 10% off my next order but it wasn't the best experience so will probably not use them again.”

“The process was comfortable and the product arrived well. There was a delay in the delivery which was supposed to be 2 days earlier than when it happened.”

“Ho avuto il piacere di parlare con Adam e mi ha risolto tutti i problemi legati al primo pagamento, che non potevo effettuare avendo contattato pure PayPal e dicendomi che non era un problema mio. Adam anche stavolta ha risolto tutto ed è stato gentilissimo ed esperto nel suo lavoro. Per concludere con il problema della spedizione lenta per di più di un prodotto danneggiato, ma ancora una volta Adam si è scusato per il disagio! Ordine effettuato giorno 11/04 ma il pacco è partito solo oggi in data 25/04. Questo quanto accaduto, adesso spero solo che arrivi in settimana. Saluti Carmelo Farruggio.”

“The order took much longer than I expected. Perhaps this was due to the Easter holiday period, but was given a delivery date much earlier than they arrived. Had a strange email which stated no tracking was available until the goods were delivered!! Goods were well packed. I bought from this company because of the price so will try them again when it is not a bank holiday period to see if the delivery improves”
