“Ich habe den Rucksack bis heute nicht erhalten! Die Abwicklung in gotbag Lagerhaus hat über eine Woche gedauert (ohne Wochenende) auf Nachfrage beim Support wurde ich wahnsinnig unfreundlich abgefertigt. Ich habe eine Sendungsnummer die nicht funktioniert und nichts anzeigt. Ich weiß nicht wo sich der Rucksack befindet. Man sollte meinen 2026 hat man Logistik und Transport im Griff, aber sowas schlechtes hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Ich hab den Rucksack am 28.09 bestellt es sind jetzt über 17 Tage, das ist selbst bei einer Lieferzeit von 5-8 Tagen zu lange!”

“Customer service and delivery of the purchase appalling. If I hadn’t interviewed personally and tried to track down and arrange the delivery of the item with DHL , I wouldn’t have received it. Not worth the hassle.”

“I am a regular customer of GOT BAG products. My friends always tease me because I'm obsessed with backpacks and different bags, but I do appreciate good quality and aesthetics of a bag. And I found all this qualities in GOT BAG items. They are really durable, water-resistant, lightweight, very rich in colours, and environmentally conscious. These are all the reasons why I always come back to GOT BAG and why I'm remaining loyal to this brand. They never disappoint and I'm also very thankful to their customer service for helping me out. Hopefully they will arrange back the delivery to my home country so I'll be able to buy some of the items from new collections. Looking forward to seeing the development of this amazing brand.”
