“I submitted a request to cancel the order within an hour of purchasing and I did not receive a response for FOUR DAYS, meaning my order was obviously sent for processing and shipping and adding to the hassle to force me to return an item that I tried to quickly cancel.”

“I love my GOTBAGS. So much more convenient than a purse. They hold so much and if you have to put them on the floor or if your water bottle leaks, you can just wash them. I have ruined so many nice purses! I am a GOTBAG girl”
