Horrible shipping time and atrocious customer service. When they hadn’t shipped a very simple small adaptor after six days, I requested that they simply place the item (not controlled) outside their door and I would come get it (I’m local) after hours. I agreed to take responsibility if it came up missing but I needed the part before I left town. They refused to do even this. Same yourself time, money and frustration and simply throw your money out the window before buying from this company.

This company is completely anti 2A. The about us "The Second amendment runs in our blood....We believe that it is our American duty to help everyone, from first-time buyers to long-time enthusiasts, understand and LEGALLY secure their firearms and accessories." All clearly false and should be removed from the about us. I totally understand taking precautions when it comes to selling products that are ACTUALLY illegal to sell to certain states. But just to cut off all LEGAL firearm/and parts sells to a state due to other firearm regulations is complete cowardice and disregard to the 2A and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking the "easy road" of not selling LEGAL firearms, parts, or accessories to states with stricter policies.

No communication. Same as others. Rebates are BS. Took a out 9 months for a Winchester rebate and only got a partial. Recently ordered a gun and like the last time absolutely no communication. Have no idea where it is.

Placed an order in the past that they acceptedand the cancelled as suspected fraud. They took over a week to refund my money. Tried to place another order and now they refuseservic and they blocked my number. Not very professional

I received my S&W Easy Shield for rhe reason of the 3 mag rebate deal. They conveniently covered the SKU # with a sticker that I had carefully needed to peal back. Gave them pictures of SR from box, packing slip, SKU from box and packing slip with order number. Received email back saying I need the receipt of the amount I paid and who I bought it from! I bought it from them and if they looked up the order# they would see everything matched. Now jumping through hoops to get my mags. They gave me 7 days to give them the same info I already gave them. I know other customers have had this same problem. Not happy

I ordered a trigger and a optic. Thought I was getting a good deal, until my items arrived. No trigger. I just got an optic and a charging handle. After a bunch of back and forth they sent me shipping label for a full refund. Stated there site had error.

Very bad site. Ordered a couple of magazines and ammo, got email confirmation just to find out they charged my card then cancelled my order. received an email saying that they needed a photo copy of my license and credit card to put my order thru. Total SCAMMER SITE. STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE!!!!!!! Called to ask about it and they hung up on me.

I was a very good customer who made many purchases from this store. However they recently did something that totally betrayed my trust as a good customer. Following an order I placed for a very expensive firearm they told me that they would have to pull the magazines. I told them over and over that my FFL is legally required to pin the mags to 10 round capacity and begged them to send the mags. I also have a residence in another state. They refused without any empathy and cost me over$120. They also threatened to charge a restocking fee. So they took advantage of me as a customer. I asked to speak to an owner and my request was totally ignored. Not a trustworthy company snd they do not care about their good customers. . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT SHOP HERE.

They took my money for an order .and 3 days later said it is not in stock and I will be getting a refund in 5-7 business days total BS I have e-mails to prove this unfair business practice

I placed an order online; they rejected and voided my purchase online, alleging fraud. My bank honored the payment, they debited my account, still I wasted my time with this Shaddy company, and I was not able to purchase anything from them. I sent emails, did not work. I called and I received really bad attitude from them, they even blocked my phone number. DO NOT EVEN TRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. zero stars - 0

Over priced parts to start Then waited for almost three weeks for my order to ship and took me four days to get ahold of someone to try and cancel the order only to be told "they just sent the order out" as i was on the phone so couldn t cancel Then when i finally got the parts i no longer needed and was told i could just return them no problem they are going to charge me a 15% restocking fee! This company sucks start to finish dont even bother dealing with them

Customer service is nonexistent . I laugh when I see the option to contact them now . I’ve emailed them and get useless responses. I’ve called them and waited forever on hold . Nobody answers. I’ve left messages to call back . Nothing happens . Just plain awful how that is .

I don’t normally write reviews but this was some B S I bought a firearm on the shoot now pay later got a email saying thank you we will email you when we ship it I waited 10 days no email from grabagun I call them they tell me it will be shipped in two days if I don’t get a email call them back I call them back tell them still no email he says hold let me check waited 10 mins on hold then they disconnect me I call back same thing happens again then their phone goes to a busy signal for the last five days so today I call the finance company who tells me Grabagun canceled my order the very next day after I ordered it so I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for a firearm that was never going to show up so beware if you buy from this company at least I don’t owe anything

I bought a brand new fire arm which was completely defective and when I told them they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I contacted customer service never got back to me. They manufacturer was also confused as to how they sold me a defective gun.

I've tried multiple times to make a purchase. I can't even checkout. The web page keeps kicking me off the site or it goes somewhere completely opposite of what I want to do. It's a real shame, when I can't make a purchase on something, because they are that incompetent. Guess I'll be buying somewhere else. Grabagun! You need to get ahead of things. It's not looking real good for you. Glad I looked at the reviews instead of trying keep purchasing. I'll not try to do business again with them.

Even though measure 114 in Oregon has been blocked by a judge for the state of Oregon allowing purchases and sales to continue Grabagun has put a high capacity hold on our order! These idiots don’t know that in doing so they allowing an unconstitutional measure to be upheld!

Ordered my gun 2 weeks ago. Said it would be shipped in 3-5 days. If large amount of orders 3-7 days. Also said I will recieve an email when it was shipped. Never recieved an email. Called and waited for 20 minutes to see shipment status and was told it hadn't even shipped yet!! Just asked for a refund. Will take my business elsewhere.

I tried to order a $300 gift for my son for Christmas and immediately after my card was charged the funds grab a gun canceled my order as potential fraud. I called to find out what was going on only to be treated very rudely and told that if I wanted to order again they’d need a copy of my license and credit card and would charge me again while I in turn wait 7-10 days for my first orders refund. Well it’s Christmas and I can’t tie up over $600 in one $300 gift so I declined. I then had my son order since he had previously ordered from here with no issue only to have the same thing that happened to me happen to him. So now we have over $600 tied up into a gift that is not coming. The same rudeness that I received my son received as well. If grab a gun is going to require a copy of a license and credit card with each order then put it on the damn website. Letting folks order and then immediately canceling the order and forcing them to wait 7-10 for a refund is not acceptable, especially at Christmas. My family will never do business here again. They don’t deserve anyone’s business with the way that they talk to customers, it’s disrespectful and shameful. What a horrid company with a bah humbug attitude. Merry freakin Christmas!
