Grab a Gun doesn't advise that there could be additional fees when picking up firearm at FFA dealer. In fact the checkout process is designed to make it look like shipping is the only fee encountered. Once I picked up the firearm the additional FFA fee made the savings received mute. I could have just purchased from the FFA and been ahead. When you mention this to their support they blame it on the notion that each FFA charges differently. That could be mentioned anywhere in the checkout process and it's not.

They had the incorrect photos posted of the product I purchased. Their naming of item wasn't the same that B&T uses. I was intending to purchased a GHM9G with the Glock lower but little did they know, Grabaagun.com used the exact same photo for the GHM9 compact with shorter barrel, handguard and the absence of a tri-lug barrel and the stamped receiver. They also had only one photo for it. I asked repeatedly on pickup if it was the correct one and the employee insisted that it was correct. Now they won't do anything to try to correct their misleading info on their website and mistake.

Don’t Buy from Gus.com. Total scammers and Horrible customer service. I bought an expensive Beretta 694 shotgun from them April 2024. They shipped it out without the choke set. I contacted them and after 20 emails or so they told me they would make it right and get me the missing chokes. They kept telling me to have patience well I have sent numerous emails after that and still have not received them almost a year later. They don’t even respond to my emails anymore or just say patience. Who makes a customer wait almost a year and still have not arm t out what I have paid for. If I don’t receive soon I will take this to small Clams court. Save yourself the moment and headache and don’t deal with these thieves.

I purchased a rifle that when opened the gun was non functioning or broke and the stock of the rifle has 5 rub spots or bad spots. I have tried to work with an employee named Chad and his response has been since I did the transfer that they are not going to stand behind the product at all. NO exchange, NO REFUND????? their policy is basically if there is something wrong it is your problem they take no accountability to ensure you receive what they promise. IF I could have given zero stars I would have. Worst company I have purchased from in a long time. The Gun was promised to be new and undamaged. It was quite obvious that the box had been open and the packaging was all destroyed. Would highly recommend you find someplace else to purchase your fire arms

Just picked up my 1st and last gun from grabagun. The guy I picked up from charges $50-60 for a "transfer fee". What a scam. Same gun at academy sports for the same price. Only reason i purchased from you is because they were 18 minutes closer. Won't happen again. Very deceitful that they don't mention any fees during the purchase process on their site.

I ordered a CA compliant pistol (Ruger SR22). The same pistol has 2 SKUs, one specifically for CA compliance, which was not sent. I can certainly appreciate the mistake. I don't appreciate the 15% restocking fee.

Their shipping methodology is to put it simply, ridiculous. They use a combo of FedEx and USPS. My package, which is currently sitting at some facility in New Jersey, will more then likely be sitting their for another 5 business days according to the FedEx agent due to the shipping manner they chose to utilize. If that is in fact the case, it will be a full two weeks after I order that I will receive my order. In today's day and age, that is unacceptable.

Took 3 days of saying payment not received and a phone call to grab a gun and credova telling them to cancel it all before they wanted to let my payment go through. Don’t shoot now pay later if you’re going with grab a gun

They are fraudsters and ordered a silencer, they have never really shipped the goods, and they forged information to cheat me of my credit card money.

I have spent over $3300.00 with Grab a Gun since January of 2022. When I recently sent in two orders, five minutes apart, I requested that they combine the two orders and not charge me the $12.00 shipping fee twice. They refused. For $12.00 (.003586... of what I have spent with them) they refused to be reasonable. I will send my money to another gun and ammo supplier who values my patronage. Their (lack of) customer service will cost them a lot of business.

I have spent a lot of money with this company. I bought an item that was at a certain price and a week later I got an email telling me the item was at a lower price. I called about them maybe helping with a store credit to make up at least some of the difference but they refused. With the money I’ve spent I would have thought they would want me satisfied. Guess not. They are not the only dealer I can buy from, and they lost my business and word of mouth to friends and family. Beware of poor customer service. And read the reviews on here before buying.

Do not use the shoot now pay later. They will charge you double the cost of the item even if you try to pay it off early. I'm paying $2,100.00 for an $1,100.00 rifle.

False advertisement Bait And switch Disruptive business practices. Cost me $60 in F Fl fees. To be told that their ad needs to be updated. Grab a gun is not a good deal. When you consider the extra F Fl fees and the amount of money, it would take to replace the hardware that you are promised in the first place. I would rather pay extra money and deal with an honest entity. 2 guns in a row, definitely a pattern.

I purchased an ATI AR and the day I recieved it I went to the range. It misfired from the first shot! After many attempts with different magazines and ammo it still failed to fire the second round. GrabAGun does not support a faulty weapon and refused an exchange even one day after receiving. I contacted ATI AND it's 4 to 6 weeks to return and recieve back! Never will I purchase from GrabAGun again!

Customer service was horrible. Tried to cancel, they shipped anyways. Was promised a return, then Brandon @ Grabagun backed down. Shipped without phone number so FFL did not know who to call. The whole experience was horrible and I would suggest buying from anyone else.

Didn't respond to Chat. Days later, got an email "response" to my emailed inquiry. It was dismissive, repeated what I already knew, and did not answer my questions. The email from GrabAGun was signed by a person who said if I have any further questions to text/call 972 552 7246. I chose the best of the 5 "Press 1 for whatever" choices, but after 11 or 12 minutes on hold, I hung up. I wish I had read the previous reviews. I will definitely delete them from my lists of potential suppliers.

Everything is fine at grab a gun until it’s their turn to be a professional arms and ammunition dealer. There’s an unparalleled hndjb named landon mata, yes landon, who actually thinks if he spouts a couple of sku numbers that anything wrong with the order that grab a gun is supposed to inspect prior to shipping is automatically the consumer’s problem. Customer loyalty means nothing to this bag of dks. First clue should have been that name. As long as you’re willing to take the chance that nothing will go wrong with your purchase, I highly recommend landon and grab a gun. Thanks landon, I’m a state employee. There are 21 counties and 564 municipalities in my state. I’m going to send a bulletin board post letting every enthusiast know what a swell guy and a top notch representative you are. This place already has a sht reputation. Too many other highly rated sellers to continue to buy from this one way mess of a company.
