After taking payment for an order from GrabAGun. They held on to my product for about 29 days saying I would receive it after 30 days. On day 29 they cancelled my order and returned my items because I left a negative review about my experience on Better Business Bureau. Ive never seen a company care such little about their customers. Take your business somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Not sure if it’s discrimination or just ineptitude in being in the firearms business.

Charged my credit card and then cancelled the order later that day because their automated system flagged it as fraud, apparently. Never happened to me with any retailer before. I emailed for support and they asked for a picture of the credit card to prove I had it? Honestly, is this a scam site ?

I called Grab-A-Gun asking why they are charging sales tax on sales to Missouri. Missouri does not require sales tax be paid on out of state purchases! Their answer was the Supreme Court ruled that they must. I asked if that is true why doesn’t Gunbroker charge sales tax on sales to Missouri? They couldn’t answer. Grab-A-Gun charges sales tax on all sales, which means they are making a larger profit by telling a lie to the purchaser!! This is illegal and should not be allowed in any state that doesn’t collect tax on out of state purchases!!!!

Do not order anything from Grabagun.com. I wish I had read all the complaints and more than 60 BBB complaints against this company. Very very disappointing!!

I ordered a gun followed by a refund I don’t want stating they had the wrong price on their website. I called three times hung up on twice while waiting for a manager. The third I’m waiting on the phone right now at 37 minutes on a Monday morning. Avoid these scammers and spend your money elsewhere.

Realized I made a mistake when ordering, but called within 10 minutes. The guy told me it was no problem he would cancel the order. Woke up next day to the order still processing. I sent two emails to customer service with no response. Tried calling, no answer. Shortly after they changed the status to shipped. Now the only way to return is with a 15% restocking fee.. I feel they do this purposely.

I wish I had read reviews before doing business with Grabagun. They sent me a defective Promag MKA 1919 magazine and refuse to refund the total purchase price. Why should a customer eat the shipping on a defective item?

Horrible customer service (tried to extort money from me). Threatened me due to the fact they don't know how to conduct their own business practices. Buyer beware, FFL licensee beware. Left me a 1 star review because he lost a sale and it cost him money. This whole transaction was between grabagun.com and their customer. Now I receive a 1 star review because of their negligence. Policies are put in place for a reason. Sorry you don't understand that. Better call ATF and report the firearm stolen lol. I will no longer conduct any business with grabagun.com. I will tell every customer I have not to conduct business with the as well!!!!

5.56 ammo became available on their site. I ordered a 1000 round cannister. They ended up canceling my order and issuing a refund essentially stating they didn't want my business. I think they canceled it so they could raise the price, like they did on the guns that I bought from them. I am also of the opinion it is because I left a less than stellar review about a previous transaction. FYI they have never contacted me to discuss my review. I was very descriptive of the problems I had, but not abusive. Before I posted, I even called in to their store to discuss, but received less than helpful attitude from their personnel. I spent over $2500 with them on 3 gun purchases. Here is their note to me, verbatim. You be the judge: Your order has been canceled due to past interactions. We like to partner with our customers to create a mutually beneficial partnership and based on your actions we would prefer not to continue the relationship. We have canceled your order and issue a full refund. There are only three "actions" I had with them: my order, a phone call, my review post delivery. I can only assume it was in reference to my review. Whoever wrote this obviously didn't like being called out on their poor performance in customer service. Instead of contacting me and working through any issues they may have (past or present) and letting me know in person via a call, they rather childishly canceled my order, using it as a big FU, and placing the blame on me. Caveat Emptor "Buyer Beware".

After buying several firearms and boxes of ammo from Grab a Gun over the years, My most recent ammunition order was refuses due to the fact that I live in Illinois! I guess this company has decided that since I live in a anti-gun state, I don't deserve to be able to protect myself and my family. I will not do business with a company with such a bigoted company.

Terrible services, purchased a $1,000 firearm waited two weeks For them to reach out to let me know they received it I had to contact them first I was never called or emailed they said they had my firearm for over a week smh, so I went to pick my firearm up it was delayed which is understandable so I waited until I was contacted, waited 3 weeks! Contacted them again asking how long will the delay take and asking about refund option & how the process works. I was contacted by email with a closed order and a refund which I never committed to refund, emailed them back they told me the order was closed.. terrible customer services...

Bought a suppressor from here before covid. During covid, they refused to allow me to go into the store to fill out the forms. I asked if they could let me fill the forms out at home and drop them off, and they refused that too. Today, 5 months later, I came to the store to fill the forms out. 3 employees refused to help me. They said the guy who usually does it was "not here". One of the front desk employees was hostile and rude. I asked for a refund, and they even refused to give me documentation of the refund. They said it would get emailed to me in 20 minutes. Hours later and I still haven't received an email about the refund. I have spent a lot of money here in the past and received good service. I will not go back until the hostile employee apologizes or is terminated. Update: GaG emailed me and said they were going to mail me a refund. They also said that they don't condone racism or bigoted behavior by their employees. I looked through some of the other negative reviews on here and saw that GaG was personally attacking reviewers, and even doxing one individual. Now I know why the employees act hostile in the store. It comes from the top. Buyer beware.

It's been 10 days since I placed an order for a Timney trigger, I placed another trigger in my shopping cart because I never received an order confirmation, finally 4 days later I did. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to CV 19 etc.. ordered two magazines the second trigger was still in the cart, didn't notice. Hit submit. oh no! That was 8pm last night, called 9am in the morning and I get the, " we are sorry we cannot cancel" now I have to pay 15% and a restocking fee. Still haven't even received the first trigger. Thanks alot!!

I ordered a gun in May. No emails, no phone call, no notifications AT ALL! The place that received my gun had NO IDEA who it was for. July 15th now and I have my gun ONLY BECAUSE I called to find out what was going on. DO NOT order from these unprofessional people. There is NO standard for customer service after theY HAVE YOUR MONEY! Buy else where!

I live in the San Antonio area and just purchased a shotgun from them. I couldn’t find what I wanted locally and they had one. I have done biz with them in the past and they seemed to treat their. Customers pretty well, but this time was pretty poor. When we opened the box at my FFL dealer, we noticed that there were only 2 magazines present instead of the 3 that were supposed to be included. I went ahead and picked up the gun believing that they would do the right thing and get me the missing magazine. No way.... I spoke with a Guy by the name of Christian at GAG. His reply was that they don’t open the boxes when they get firearms in and other than giving me the phone number of the US Distributor for my shotgun I was on my own. He also told me that once I took possession of a firearm from them it was ineligible for return. Hey, I’ve called and emailed the distributor with no reply so far. I’m not holding my breath. I’m a big boy and I’ll live and learn on this one, but watch these guys....they are not at all concerned with the customer.

I ordered the Mossberg 930 Combo Black 12 GA 24" / 28" Barrels 4Rd and an extra Mossberg 93030 930XBL 12 24 FR barrel and a TacStar Magazine Extension total $837.00 and I specifically asked the associate if these barrels were ported and he assured me that they were and said he even matched them through the Mossberg site. Well I received my order and to my disappointment they were not. After calling and speaking to two people one the assistant manager (they said) at Grab a Gun I was basically told "Oh well" there is nothing we can do about it even though it was there mistake on my $837.00 order. The assistant manager wouldn't even offer me any compensation for the mistake on my $837.00 order all he did was say there is nothing I can do and stayed silent and said ok. I would never do businesses with Grab a Gun again and I advise anyone else be not to and if you do be careful on what you order you may not get what you ordered.
