They won’t stop emailing me about product back in stock I tried calling them I’ve emailed them they won’t stop about every two hours day and night when I’m trying to sleep email email email after email for months

Dealt with Armondo over a two year old gun purchase. Complete scam artist. They had my money and gun for years yet want me to pay a 15% restocking fee. I had to track them down. They didn’t tell me the gun had been returned. They stole my money and are only refunding me after 24 months because I called them on it. Thieves.

They shipped my gun to an FFL who has closed. They strung me along with big talk about calling the ATF. 18 months lasted Armondo tells me they have had the gun back in the store for 17 months. They will send me a check (said it takes a month) minus 15% restocking fee. They knew they had the gun back for 17 months. Never called me or offered me my money back until I called for a year and a half. Shady scam. Armondo is shady. Stay away from this company. Thieves.

False advertising emailed. After first being told price would be honored, left on hold 40+ minutes, disconnected. Called back 30 min on hold then told not going to honor emailed advertised price!

Yeah ordered two dead air sandman flash hiders for 556 ordered on the 10th Friday says 3 to 5 days well here we are 6 the day. I wrote email asking about the order if it'd be shipped today which is the 17th and received a reply, saying it's processing and will be shipped out soon along with being told they are doing 3 to 5 day shipping ok I'm at 6 should be shipped. I then reply saying ok no problem if it doesn't ship today I'll cancel it on my bank card. Received a reply canceling the order lol. If you didn't have the part or can't meet the time hacks you put out shouldn't advertise it adn also shouldn't just jump to cancel someone's order. I NEVER SAID TO CANCEL IT, SO IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THEY KNEW IT WOULDNT SHIP AND CANCELED THE ORDER . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I have purchased thousands of rounds of ammo online and this is the only place that has shipped needing a adult signature. I work for a living and I do not have the time to set around and wait on a package. It would have been nice if they would tell you that at checkout. This place is a joke.

I ordered ba HK VP9 earlier this year and even though I was charged for the gun it was never shipped. Several attempts were made to remedy the problem and they were all ignored. Finally I had to contact my bank to get a refund. As a result I am not able to order from them anymore. Their thanks to a long time customer.

From my first purchase from Grabagun (Springfield XD) to my last gun (Sig Sauer M400 thread) and thousands of ammunitions, I have been nothing but loyal to this business, however on April 13th I got the shock of my life, I had ordered a Mossberg 590 Shockwave JIC, then called to confirm my purchase and confirm my FFL for delivery, during this call I was told my order has been closed, why? Oh it must be your bank, I called my bank and they said it was the merchant, called Grabagun back and some dude ( Jeremy ) told me it was because my transaction was flag as potentially fraudulent transaction, reason given was that my billing address does not match the shipping address, I’m an American tax paying citizen but you racist want to deny me of my 2nd amendment rights, all this because of my name, a Nigerian name, I must be a fraudster right, I have since ordered and recieved my gun from Bud’s Guns Shop , shame on you people

After taking payment for an order from GrabAGun. They held on to my product for about 29 days saying I would receive it after 30 days. On day 29 they cancelled my order and returned my items because I left a negative review about my experience on Better Business Bureau. Ive never seen a company care such little about their customers. Take your business somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Not sure if it’s discrimination or just ineptitude in being in the firearms business.

Charged my credit card and then cancelled the order later that day because their automated system flagged it as fraud, apparently. Never happened to me with any retailer before. I emailed for support and they asked for a picture of the credit card to prove I had it? Honestly, is this a scam site ?

I called Grab-A-Gun asking why they are charging sales tax on sales to Missouri. Missouri does not require sales tax be paid on out of state purchases! Their answer was the Supreme Court ruled that they must. I asked if that is true why doesn’t Gunbroker charge sales tax on sales to Missouri? They couldn’t answer. Grab-A-Gun charges sales tax on all sales, which means they are making a larger profit by telling a lie to the purchaser!! This is illegal and should not be allowed in any state that doesn’t collect tax on out of state purchases!!!!

Do not order anything from Grabagun.com. I wish I had read all the complaints and more than 60 BBB complaints against this company. Very very disappointing!!

I ordered a gun followed by a refund I don’t want stating they had the wrong price on their website. I called three times hung up on twice while waiting for a manager. The third I’m waiting on the phone right now at 37 minutes on a Monday morning. Avoid these scammers and spend your money elsewhere.

Realized I made a mistake when ordering, but called within 10 minutes. The guy told me it was no problem he would cancel the order. Woke up next day to the order still processing. I sent two emails to customer service with no response. Tried calling, no answer. Shortly after they changed the status to shipped. Now the only way to return is with a 15% restocking fee.. I feel they do this purposely.

I wish I had read reviews before doing business with Grabagun. They sent me a defective Promag MKA 1919 magazine and refuse to refund the total purchase price. Why should a customer eat the shipping on a defective item?

Horrible customer service (tried to extort money from me). Threatened me due to the fact they don't know how to conduct their own business practices. Buyer beware, FFL licensee beware. Left me a 1 star review because he lost a sale and it cost him money. This whole transaction was between grabagun.com and their customer. Now I receive a 1 star review because of their negligence. Policies are put in place for a reason. Sorry you don't understand that. Better call ATF and report the firearm stolen lol. I will no longer conduct any business with grabagun.com. I will tell every customer I have not to conduct business with the as well!!!!

5.56 ammo became available on their site. I ordered a 1000 round cannister. They ended up canceling my order and issuing a refund essentially stating they didn't want my business. I think they canceled it so they could raise the price, like they did on the guns that I bought from them. I am also of the opinion it is because I left a less than stellar review about a previous transaction. FYI they have never contacted me to discuss my review. I was very descriptive of the problems I had, but not abusive. Before I posted, I even called in to their store to discuss, but received less than helpful attitude from their personnel. I spent over $2500 with them on 3 gun purchases. Here is their note to me, verbatim. You be the judge: Your order has been canceled due to past interactions. We like to partner with our customers to create a mutually beneficial partnership and based on your actions we would prefer not to continue the relationship. We have canceled your order and issue a full refund. There are only three "actions" I had with them: my order, a phone call, my review post delivery. I can only assume it was in reference to my review. Whoever wrote this obviously didn't like being called out on their poor performance in customer service. Instead of contacting me and working through any issues they may have (past or present) and letting me know in person via a call, they rather childishly canceled my order, using it as a big FU, and placing the blame on me. Caveat Emptor "Buyer Beware".

After buying several firearms and boxes of ammo from Grab a Gun over the years, My most recent ammunition order was refuses due to the fact that I live in Illinois! I guess this company has decided that since I live in a anti-gun state, I don't deserve to be able to protect myself and my family. I will not do business with a company with such a bigoted company.

Terrible services, purchased a $1,000 firearm waited two weeks For them to reach out to let me know they received it I had to contact them first I was never called or emailed they said they had my firearm for over a week smh, so I went to pick my firearm up it was delayed which is understandable so I waited until I was contacted, waited 3 weeks! Contacted them again asking how long will the delay take and asking about refund option & how the process works. I was contacted by email with a closed order and a refund which I never committed to refund, emailed them back they told me the order was closed.. terrible customer services...
