I have spent over $3300.00 with Grab a Gun since January of 2022. When I recently sent in two orders, five minutes apart, I requested that they combine the two orders and not charge me the $12.00 shipping fee twice. They refused. For $12.00 (.003586... of what I have spent with them) they refused to be reasonable. I will send my money to another gun and ammo supplier who values my patronage. Their (lack of) customer service will cost them a lot of business.

I have spent a lot of money with this company. I bought an item that was at a certain price and a week later I got an email telling me the item was at a lower price. I called about them maybe helping with a store credit to make up at least some of the difference but they refused. With the money I’ve spent I would have thought they would want me satisfied. Guess not. They are not the only dealer I can buy from, and they lost my business and word of mouth to friends and family. Beware of poor customer service. And read the reviews on here before buying.

I have heard about GrabAGun for years but, until recently had never made a purchase from them. That changed when I was searching for a Ruger SP101 in 327 Fed and saw a great price for that revolver on GrabAGun. I figured what the hell, I'll give them a try. Wow - am I glad I did so! The price was right, ordering was simple, and shipping was super-fast. The revolver was exactly as described, totally "factory fresh". Also, I am using a new local FFL, and they were also complimentary about GrabAGun. I am very happy with my buying experience with GrabAGun, would readily purchase from them again and recommend them highly to anyone.

I ordered online an EAA Corp Girsan Witness 2311 10mm 4.25" Barrel 15-Rounds. What I received in the time they gave me was well packaged, everything was as described on the main page. The prices I think have no competition. I never thought that They gave me such a great discount. I particularly recommend this company and will use them often. Grabagun is a legitimate company. I am very satisfied with the service they provided me. I just need to take it to the gun range.

Do not use the shoot now pay later. They will charge you double the cost of the item even if you try to pay it off early. I'm paying $2,100.00 for an $1,100.00 rifle.

False advertisement Bait And switch Disruptive business practices. Cost me $60 in F Fl fees. To be told that their ad needs to be updated. Grab a gun is not a good deal. When you consider the extra F Fl fees and the amount of money, it would take to replace the hardware that you are promised in the first place. I would rather pay extra money and deal with an honest entity. 2 guns in a row, definitely a pattern.

I purchased an ATI AR and the day I recieved it I went to the range. It misfired from the first shot! After many attempts with different magazines and ammo it still failed to fire the second round. GrabAGun does not support a faulty weapon and refused an exchange even one day after receiving. I contacted ATI AND it's 4 to 6 weeks to return and recieve back! Never will I purchase from GrabAGun again!

Customer service was horrible. Tried to cancel, they shipped anyways. Was promised a return, then Brandon @ Grabagun backed down. Shipped without phone number so FFL did not know who to call. The whole experience was horrible and I would suggest buying from anyone else.

Didn't respond to Chat. Days later, got an email "response" to my emailed inquiry. It was dismissive, repeated what I already knew, and did not answer my questions. The email from GrabAGun was signed by a person who said if I have any further questions to text/call 972 552 7246. I chose the best of the 5 "Press 1 for whatever" choices, but after 11 or 12 minutes on hold, I hung up. I wish I had read the previous reviews. I will definitely delete them from my lists of potential suppliers.

This was my first experience with Grab a Gun and I have nothing but praise for the price and superb customer service. Gun was shipped quickly and arrived at the FFL much quicker than I anticipated. Special thanks to Landon at GaG for the quick replies to my emails. I would highly recommend them.

Everything is fine at grab a gun until it’s their turn to be a professional arms and ammunition dealer. There’s an unparalleled hndjb named landon mata, yes landon, who actually thinks if he spouts a couple of sku numbers that anything wrong with the order that grab a gun is supposed to inspect prior to shipping is automatically the consumer’s problem. Customer loyalty means nothing to this bag of dks. First clue should have been that name. As long as you’re willing to take the chance that nothing will go wrong with your purchase, I highly recommend landon and grab a gun. Thanks landon, I’m a state employee. There are 21 counties and 564 municipalities in my state. I’m going to send a bulletin board post letting every enthusiast know what a swell guy and a top notch representative you are. This place already has a sht reputation. Too many other highly rated sellers to continue to buy from this one way mess of a company.

I purchased a Smith and Wesson handgun and they would not provide me with a receipt for it so I could collect on the Smith and Wesson rebate. All I could get was a copy of the order which wasn’t good enough. That is my big complaint. I was communicating by email and then all of the sudden they stopped responding. I tried calling on the phone and never got anyone to answer.

Horrible shipping time and atrocious customer service. When they hadn’t shipped a very simple small adaptor after six days, I requested that they simply place the item (not controlled) outside their door and I would come get it (I’m local) after hours. I agreed to take responsibility if it came up missing but I needed the part before I left town. They refused to do even this. Same yourself time, money and frustration and simply throw your money out the window before buying from this company.

This company is completely anti 2A. The about us "The Second amendment runs in our blood....We believe that it is our American duty to help everyone, from first-time buyers to long-time enthusiasts, understand and LEGALLY secure their firearms and accessories." All clearly false and should be removed from the about us. I totally understand taking precautions when it comes to selling products that are ACTUALLY illegal to sell to certain states. But just to cut off all LEGAL firearm/and parts sells to a state due to other firearm regulations is complete cowardice and disregard to the 2A and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking the "easy road" of not selling LEGAL firearms, parts, or accessories to states with stricter policies.

No communication. Same as others. Rebates are BS. Took a out 9 months for a Winchester rebate and only got a partial. Recently ordered a gun and like the last time absolutely no communication. Have no idea where it is.

Placed an order in the past that they acceptedand the cancelled as suspected fraud. They took over a week to refund my money. Tried to place another order and now they refuseservic and they blocked my number. Not very professional

I received my S&W Easy Shield for rhe reason of the 3 mag rebate deal. They conveniently covered the SKU # with a sticker that I had carefully needed to peal back. Gave them pictures of SR from box, packing slip, SKU from box and packing slip with order number. Received email back saying I need the receipt of the amount I paid and who I bought it from! I bought it from them and if they looked up the order# they would see everything matched. Now jumping through hoops to get my mags. They gave me 7 days to give them the same info I already gave them. I know other customers have had this same problem. Not happy
