“I bought my refurbished mobile phone from GRADE last autumn and was delighted with the product, price and above all, service. Last December when my daughter's phone was damaged beyond repair I had no hesitation about buying her a replacement from GRADE. She is equally pleased with her phone so now we are two very happy customers. Thank you, GRADE, for good communication and speedy response when I've had a query: your staff have been unfailingly courteous and helpful. Delivery times, prices: also excellent. “Excellent communication from Libby with a nothing to much trouble attitude. Replacement phone is due to be delivered tomorrow. Have to say I was a little concerned returning original phone but fears were unfounded as there was a no quibble approach to the guarantee provided when purchased. Great service!”
