my son was really excited but the battery was dead, there was someone else's sim card in it and I saying not an iPhone display

Overall my daughter is happy with her phone although it took slightly longer than anticipated ! But it arrived and we’re happy.

It would be good to know what is actually wrong with the phone as there was a lot of scratches to the screen

The phone is in good condition and came with a charger and plug which is good. The only thing that was disappointing was that it says next day delivery but it took 2 days to come. So if it’s not ‘next day delivery’ don’t put it, we waiting in all day as it said it was on the way then didn’t turn up until the 2nd day.

I thought the site was great when I looked at It and read the reviews however I was left disappointed when I ordered a renewed phone and it came with scratches on the camera and a big chip missing out the corner and also still had somebody else's sim card still inside

hello, the glass of my watch is scratched and there was no delivery the next day. The product I bought on Saturday was delivered on Tuesday.

Delivery was quick and the watch received was in pristine condition for a refurbished item but, unfortunately the item received was not the one ordered. However, a reply to my email was received by return and a solution found and I am, hopefully awaiting the correct item in the same immaculate condition soon. So, apart from a blip I am hopeful of a successful purchase. Then my score will higher.

Not exactly the renewed I was hoping for. More visible signs of use than expected and a lower battery health than expected also

Iphone x grade b came in acceptable condition with scratches on the sides but no big deal. Although i was disappointed the phone came with a yellow tint replacement screen not the orginal apple factory screen. This was the let down for me. But phone works fine on day 2 of use.

Can’t review properly as I’ve not actually received the phone as of 19/12 and it was due on 17/12, no further updates from Royal Mail other than it’s in transit and they’ll redeliver to my neighbour if not in. I’m very surprised that this is the chosen method of delivery service considering that it’s expensive phones that are being sent out and Royal Mail are really unreliable at this moment in time. Hoping that this actually does turn up as the previous 2 phones I’ve had from yourselves over the last 18 months have always arrived on time and without any issues.

Website says next working day delivery? I waited 4 days. Your site also says watch comes fully boxed which I perceived as with an iwatch box (as this is a Xmas present for my daughter) only to receive it in a brown box wrapped in safety wrapping. Disappointed

I am annoyed as I payed 237 pound for an iPhone XR for my daughter for xmas and although it stated there may be some scratches I wasn’t expecting the whole back of the phone to be covered in them !
