I have been trying to Contact yourselves regarding my iPhone 11 Pro as the button on the side for put it in on silent and loud doesn’t work it’s all was stuck on silent how do I return it for it to get fixed

The screen. protector you provided with the iPhone 11 I recently purchased was cracked. Do you have a reporting process for this? Apart from that - very pleased.

Still havnt received this phone I bought on Thursday on next day delivery I get that it would have been posted on Friday and expected delivery would have been Saturday but you used Royal Mail who are on strike you could have used a different delivery service to make sure it was delivered in time as my daughter Wally needed the phone as she broke hers

Finally set up my phone really disappointed with my screen, really grainy even my phone has identified that the screen is not a genuine part. Very disappointed.

ORDER GM211852 The phone case that i paid 9 pounds for, is not for the iphone xr, the battery not working well, from 85 with no use drop down to 45-40 in about 2 to 3 hours. Not going to use Grade mobile again.

Not happy got a phone that was meant to be unlocked! Can’t get threw to anyone to talk and now I have to pay to get the phone unlocked. Now I have a disappointed wee girl who has to wait even longer for her phone.

I wanted to update my device, I sent them an email, I sent them my old device and made the payment ... after 3 days they send me a notification that they do not have the device required by me and they do not give me a solution… just they tell me wait for news

When I got renewed iPhone XS and it seems like new. It was really good price, but... I haven't got the original box, charger or charging cable which is a bummer and I have only about 6 hours of screen on time... I hope it would be better... Rating: 2.5/5

Shocking customer service, terrible communication, delivery time rediculous. I actually thought I had been scammed. Quick to take almost £400 but I'm sure if I hadn't bombarded them with emails I still would have no phone. They didn't reply to a single email asking for confirmation of order tracking number or anything I'll never buy from here again. WORST COMPANY EVER

The back camera on the phone doesn’t work and switches itself off from time to time. Too much hassle to send back as I need a phone for work. Won’t buy from you again I’m afraid
