“ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY, THEY DO NOT ADEQUATELY INSURE. WHEN SENT PHONE USING THEIR POSTAL SERVICE, “went missing in transit” and they’ve told me it isn’t insured enough and they aren’t liable for it. Now a phone down as well as money down.”

“I am annoyed as I payed 237 pound for an iPhone XR for my daughter for xmas and although it stated there may be some scratches I wasn’t expecting the whole back of the phone to be covered in them !”
