“Very good customer service. Great communication prior to and during the service keeping me informed of issues arising and given the choice of adding the additional work required or self - fix. Prompt check in and out. Van returned in good/as clean condition as when delivered. Pleased with the service results and work completed.”

“Once again Greentrees delivered when it mattered. The day before we were due to leave for a 2 week holiday, the sliding bed base fell apart and the bed struts, which support the bed when we lift it, seized solid. They got us in the next day and did a temporary repair so we can still enjoy our holiday which we managed to slip back one day. Well done Greentrees, you are stars!”

“Our caravan requires a service, fitting of a PowerMover and sealing of the shower tray. It was all dealt with in the time given. Becky was very knowledgeable and polite, handling both handover and collection very efficiently.”

“No trouble booking in for a service, very polite staff. Good communication throughout. Also a couple of months ago we had an electrical problem whilst on site in our new Bailey van. An extremely helpful engineer came out to us on a Saturday and fixed the problem. Excellent service from Greentrees.”
