“Just been to Greentree to pick our caravan up after purchasing wifi unit and fitted, customers service was very good and the technician he explained what was going to do, and after he had fitted it went thorough how to work it, well happy.”

“Harry did a terrific home service and advised how we can get more out of what we have, for example putting the wheels onto rubber mats when not in use, reduces the risk of tyre cracks. Superb.”

“Amazing service from drop off to pickup these guys have high standards and when you are trusting someone with your pride and joy to do a job these guys are spot on. As soon as you drop your van off it is taken into a lock up straight away and when you go to pick it up it is brought out to you. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.”

“Just had 2nd service on our 2020 elddis affinity 574 .Very good customer service on arrival and pick up. They also managed to do some warranty jobs which I sprung on them at short notice. Kept very well informed throughout. We have used Greentrees for many years have had 4 new caravans from them ,always had great service and friendly knowledgeable staff. Bruce Knights Norwich”

“This is the second time I’ve had to use Greentrees Caravan Store coach work team, both occasions were not my fault, but that’s another story. Anyway once again the team have surpassed them selves with excellent work, regular (Daily) updates on repair status. The caravan re appears from their workshop looking like new. Would I recommend? 100% yes.”
