“Just had our service carried out at Greentrees very impressed with the staff all who new there jobs very polite and always answering any questions we had we are in our first year of a service plan and would recommend this caravan company”

“Unfortunately our fairly new and top-of-the-range leisure battery was flat when we came to pick up the caravan. We only found out when we tested the replaced omnivent. We also had to remind the team about our replacement flip-up table, which has been an on-going issue since we first picked up the caravan in March 2019! However, the Greentrees customer service team are always very friendly and helpful. I think the workshop lets them down sometimes...”

“Brought a elddis affinity 550 /2020 , 6 months ago and the sales man was very good 👍 the problem became when we found the faulty parts on the new caravan it was very disappointing to find out the only do some checks 4 hrs in total,I my view it would have been better to be more thorough with the inspection it has took 11 emails and 2 visits to get it sorted 150 miles on my car £35 out of pocket in fuel and 12 hr of my time because it was not checked properly”

“Have just returned from having our caravans third service. All done efficiently as promised. Generally speaking Greentrees have been good to deal with and I would have no issues with doing so again.”

“Very happy with swift challenger we bought from you about 3 months ago. Dan did handover told us co2 monitor was missing and waste bin top broken he said he would sort this out he quite clearly hadnt. We have had to chase to get this sorted especially the monitor which is rather important. Waited all day for a call back then decided to call again then to be fair shannon took it on board to sort it we have finally had these items delivered no thanks to Dan.”

“Well I purchased a new caravan some 12 years ago and the handover was first class Sadly it went downhill after that The jointing tape started to come away so took it back They checked and replaced the tape but on one side it had 2 jointing strips but only 1 when I took it in they denied it but ended up replacing all the panel Service was poor used to take it in and if you was lucky you got it back in about 6 weeks not happy Sounds like they have improved since”
