Awful company who mistreat their staff, highly toxic environment with even more toxic management, don’t get a job here… you and your mental health will regret it!

We phoned ahead to ask for some advice because the front window had come out of our swift caravan and we were on holiday at the time and were travelling back home the following day. The chap said that we could go to the caravan dealer and we could get some advice on how to put the window back in. We then travelled 30 miles to the greentrees store only to be told by a receptionist that there was no one to help us or even give us advice on the easiest way to put the window back in. I left green trees caravan store very upset and let down. I did not expect to be treated like that. I would advise anyone who is thinking of going to Green Trees caravan shop for any reason is NOT to bother going because you will probably be treated like me.

In September 2023 I was encouraged to take out a 3 year sevice plan as I was told this would save me money due to probable price rises in the future the plan was due to commence in August 2024. Due to unexpected circumstances I have had to give up my van. I approached Greetrees for a refund but was told their policy is not to give refunds. As a long term customer who has spent thousands of pounds with them including 3 caravans I can't believe their customer service/ loyalty especially as nothing was explained to me at the time they just took my payment as an 80 year pensioner I can ill afford to lose that money, totally disappointed in their response.

After buying a Bailey peguses Being assured that they don’t suffer from damp we discovered The floor rotting in each corner Contacted green trees and told tuff we can repair it for a charge but won’t be doing it in warranty as 3 months only. We had had the van nine months. And basically it’s a total loss total waist of 13 grand My only option now is to stop paying the finance company and let them sort it out. DONT BUY SECOND HAND CARAVANS FROM GREEN TREES. They clearly don’t check them out before selling. The floor hasn’t rotted in nine months damp test results dry as can be out side floor wet as a otters pocket!

I would urge anyone to avoid buying caravans from Greentrees. I am now proceeding with a legal claim as we had an alarming incident 3 months after purchasing the caravan. Greentrees do a checklist (which is laughable) and insisted that our wheels were torqued to 130. On our second trip away in the caravan, the whole wheel flew off and got stuck under the caravan (thankfully or the whole caravan and car would have tipped). There is no way this could happen had the wheels been torqued correctly and resulted in a huge array of damage. Along with other incorrect information on the checklist (spare tyre 13 years old - should have been changed at 7!), we are told verbally that the caravan was checked (nothing to back up the fact the caravan was checked more than once) and this failing is in fact our own fault (the tyre, I am also advised they don't need to replace as it is not a legal requirement - great if you do break down?!?). Any mechanic will advise that the wheel could not fall off at such low mileage had the wheel been torqued correctly Avoid for for your own safety and buy from a reputable company who can provide a PDI check which is accurate and countersigned by more than one person (most reputable companies offer video checks)

The story is long and involved and full of disappointment, however after many years of what we thought was good service, we have realised that Greentrees are only interested in two things, themselves and their short term profit. Be careful before you trust them with your cherished vehicle, check their work or have it checked independently, and ensure that the caravan is fully drained of any liquids. Take it from someone with knowledge, unfortunately do not trust them or their work, you might regret it.

My Bailey caravan needed a service under warranty. I took it to Greentrees. Apparently one brake drum was scored and was to be replaced under warranty. They damaged my rear view camera cable and left large muddy footprints all over the interior carpets. I returned home to await a call about the replacement parts and to repair my cable. Das later I had great difficulty getting an answer on the phone, reception was not at all bothered and then nobody was available to speak about the delay in getting the parts. I asked to speak to the manager but he was not available and never called me back. They are good at selling but fall very short on customer service.

Their company advertises that they sell quality approved used motorhomes... they are not to be trusted... how can they advertise a vehicle is approved if it goes on to fail its MOT

It took two visits to diagnose a fridge fault and it’s still not fixed. I’ve spent £170 and lots of time and fuel taking my caravan to Greentrees for them to tell me my fridge doesn’t work which I know anyway. Availability of parts some weeks off and labour time to be added at Greentrees discresion.

Shocking service. Interested in selling our caravan and had to chase up 3 times with still no return call or contact. A chance for a company to make an easy profit with very little effort needed 🙈🙈🙈

Read the reviews and then go to any caravan shop, service agent or other dealer from Norfolk down to Kent and mention the name GreenTrees - each and everyone will tell you to avoid GreenTrees at all costs. Wish I done my research before buying a caravan from them. Apart from having extremely rude staff who cancel scheduled bookings at the last minute without a care for the fact I have taken time of work - they have also not resolved warranty issues since last October. They tell me the parts are not in but I have proof from Bailey Direct they dispatched the parts last November October. This business is to be avoided at all costs.

Purchased a caravan from Greentrees Caravan Store, good service until the money has been exchanged then they have no interest what so ever. I had a few problems & have been told they are chargeable. It’s impossible to cover 100% of the caravan at collection for any little niggles. Not a problem as we were told we could just contact them with any problems & they would be sorted out without delay. In the future I wouldn’t even purchase toilet chemicals from this company.

Bought a Buccaneer caravan from Greentrees, on collection the caravan had not even been cleaned inside or out, any freeze in alde heating system was just dirty water, although they swore blind it had been done, I was able to prove the liquid only showed a +1 and should be a minimum of -15.... Returned for leaky skylights, this was rectified. Again returned unwashed, this was supposed to have had a valet..... Charging unit failed, had to buy a new one as fir warranty I apparently have to take my caravan in to prove it doesn’t work. Bought a new one, plugged it in and away we went. Greentrees not interested: I have told them I no longer wish to use their services. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Find another Caravan Dealership to buy a caravan would be my advice the management are arrogant and disinterested once you have bought your caravan. You walk into the shop and the atmosphere is that of unhappy staff. The owner is seldom seen I expect he is too busy poncing around in his flashy car. I am all for shop local but Greentrees have an appalling reputation with alot of local people I think its about time they sat up and listened to all the complaints on these pages!!

We had an absolutely rubbish experience when having a new shower tray fitted to motor home. They messed up carpet inside and said it was our fault and like it when it went in, wasn’t as we always take our shoes off before entering and the carpet was spotless when taking in. They said paint had reacted to new shower tray, wanted extra £100 for there bad workmanship. Lots of phone calls and letters staff telling you different stories. We were advised not to use them, thought they can’t be as bad as everyone was saying. Would never ever use again and would not recommend.

I was misled when purchasing an inflatable annexe awning they gave me a poled version instead without all the kit, it also broke easily. Greentrees did not offer a refund because I had used it...maybe they thought it better if I hadn't used it and exposed my Kids to the elements. Spent £1200 with them but zero customer support....will not be dealing with them again!!
