“Customer service is excellent. I have been using this service for 7 years, and twice have had to cancel orders, and they have always been more than helpful and issued me refunds and made sure the cards did not ship. I love their cards also and have ordered many times. Would recommend them to anyone.”

“You could order just about anything and personalized as well and customer service is terrific. For people who can’t get out this is great. Best of all if you’re in the middle of an order and you get stuck you can call and they’ll pick up the phone and help, although it really is an easy website.”

“Excellent customer service, having lost my internet connection just as I was paying, I did not know whether my order had gone through. CServs dept. sorted it for me and found my order so i can complete it now. Very grateful, as it took me ages to choose the cards !! I am looking forward to receiving them !!!”
