“I sincerely appreciated the excellent customer service by KC who helped me with locating a specific type of card. I also appreciate being able to personalize the inside card message. I have purchased 80 cards throughout the pandemic with a discounted price and with free delivery.”

“I was unable to find a “new great-grandparents” card anywhere in Australia but greeting card universe had exactly what I was looking for. The card has arrived and it is beautiful, exactly as ordered and the service was excellent”

Had a problem with an order arriving, when told of it they IMMEDIATELY resolved the problem-no BLAH-BLAH-BLAH Not only that, but a great product, tremendous array of cards to choose from, price is unbeatable. “Customer service is excellent. I have been using this service for 7 years, and twice have had to cancel orders, and they have always been more than helpful and issued me refunds and made sure the cards did not ship.
