“Excellent prices on cards which you won’t find in regular shops. Customer service is excellent, I couldn’t find where to put in my Promo code, so ordered without it as I need the cards quickly. I sent an email to say that and they answered nearly immediately and have fixed that out for me. Will certainly use this company again.”

“I am able to find just about any card I’m looking for. I would order more but the verses in some are much too short. All in all the cards are guide nice!”

“Several times in the past I have used this company when I wished to send a really special somebody a card. This last time I ordered five cards and was disappointed to receive three with personal messages and two without. I called the customer service phone and the issue was resolved in two hours with my being offered replacement cards with only mailing cost charged.”

“I have been using Greeting Card Universe for a long while now. Never had an issue with getting to me on time until this past Father's Day. I paid extra for quick delivery to be sure I got it before Father's Day. It still has not arrived. This was a first disappointment for me with this Company. However, I wrote to them and to my happy surprise, they are giving me a full refund because it's way past the Holiday and I still have not received the card. It seems to be a Postal issue, Not Greeting Card Universe.”

“Greeting Card Universe has a great selection of cards. They are also a very caring company, as I had some confusion and thought I was being charged a yearly fee. I was wrong. The cards are really nice, In fact I am sending out a birthday card today that I ordered from GCU! I definitely recommend this company - you won't be disappointed :)”

“Great customer service, great communication, cards are excellent beautiful high quality, and you can personalize them. Very reasonably priced, there really is a card for every occasion. They offer promotion discounts every month and shipping is fast in a timely fashion. Super pleased with purchases which I have been a permanent customer for years and would highly recommend this company 100%+. KC is excellent in providing great customer service. “I absolutely love the card I selected for becoming a first time Aunt for my granddaughter. I chose the card with the blue bears and the balloons. Excellent quality of the card and the design. The card did arrive bent and damaged.(NOT THEIR FAULT) so I emailed the company what had happened, and they replaced the card for me right away!!! That is great customer service!!! for that reason and for the price and quality of the card, I will be ordering from this company again.”
