“I usually never had any problems with delivery but this was the first time. I emailed customer service and they let me know it was delivered. I didn’t receive but waited a few more days before emailing that I didn’t get them. They promptly resent and I received my cards in let them 3 days. So thankful to Taylor’s help. I really enjoy ordering from you because the cards are beautiful. Yes again.”

“The cards were good quality and arrived on time, even earlier than expected. 2 envelopes were missing. They were very prompt in sending me 4 envelopes! I will buy greeting cards again!”

“I agree with Carole regarding reimbursement of funds even though it was my mistake. My email was addressed almost immediately and I too am getting a refund for the difference. They are a great company to deal with and I always find a card even if it's something unusual”
