“I originally gave this company only a single star. The reason was I ordered a birthday card for my wife and I paid extra to have it sent as quickly as possible. A couple of weeks later I received an e-mail from this company asking me how I liked my card. I sent back a "nastygram" telling them what I thought about their company as I had not yet received the card. A couple of days later I received back an e-mail (not a "nastygram"). They advised they had sent the card out some time earlier. They asked me to confirm my mail address, etc. ---the mail address was correct. Why the card never arrived I will probably never know. I would normally have rated this company with five stars but they lost a star because they did not check nearly soon enough to ensure I had receive the card, especially when I had paid extra to have the card delivered as soon as possible. The card arrived today and the quality of the card was excellent.”

“Due to the virus situation and the fact that the card was going to the heart of NYC, it ended well and customer service was excellent. The card finally arrived and a duplicate was sent, too. Very nice people and a solid company! Will certainly be a repeat customer!”

“I have been a long time customer of Greeting Card Universe. I appreciate the ability to have a professional card that says what I want it to say. There is a huge collection to choose from and they are always adding more to keep the selection (ie. COVID-19). I have never had a problem with them with any purchase. Just yesterday there was a problem of my own making. I usually have the cards sent to me and then I sign them, write a not , put money in for the grand kids, etc. This time I was having the card directly to the recipient. When I received the EMAIL receipt I noticed that I had given an incorrect address for for the recipient. I quickly sent an EMAIL asking if they could possibly change it for me (I know that they work on orders quickly). Today I receives an EMAIL from them saying they were able to catch the order in time and made the change for me. That's the type of business I want to deal with, one that cares.”
