“Lovely card selection. But of the 11 cards I ordered to be mailed, only 8 arrived at their designated addresses. These were Easter cards sent the Monday and Tuesday before Easter.”

“Customer service is second to none! Simply the best l ever encountered, and l am a BIG shopper on the Internet! I never go to stores anymore, especially a card store, especially since discovering Greeting Card Universe! Ha**mark was the only thing l ever used to purchase, now it is ALWAYS GCU! The “H” brand are WAY TO PRICEY NOW! I can buy multiple cards for what l can buy a “H” card for! And the QUALITY is FIRST RATE! Wonderful card stock and fantastic envelopes, oh, and the way they ship, with the protective wrapper, and sent in either a sturdy envelope or a box! Never have l received a damaged card! I love when l can personalize, download a pic, or even write a not inside by GCU, AND HAVE THEM MAIL THEM OUT FOR ME! You guys are numero uno in my book!”

“My wife and I sent a card to a young friend who is having a birthday. We sent a special message with a Bible verse and signed our name at the bottom of the card. He received the card on time but, on the inside, it had a different message and two unknown people signed at the bottom. When I let greeting card universe know what happened, They made that right, apologized, and send another card. I was pleased.”
