“In this day and age of impersonal (and lazy!) communication, it is so refreshing to know that the almighty greeting card still lives on with Greeting Card Universe. There is every card imaginable here, with options to personalize in any way you wish. What is truly amazing is the customer service, should any inquiry be necessary. The response time is quick and easily resolved. NO more cheap cards from the grocery store. GCU has the quality and selection at your fingertips. The cards are carefully packed and shipped quickly. “I usually buy in multiples and get free shipping this time I was in a hurry and I only ordered one card and had to pay two dollars shipping which I think is ridiculous so I’ll be sure not to order a single card in the future”

“You can send out personalized cards which makes them so special. Customer service is there to help and they do help with anything you might have trouble with. They get the cards out right away and you pay so much less for quality personalized cards. I send them for all occasions even personalized cards from pets.”

“I just love this company. They make card sending so easy. Recently I discovered I had previously ordered a card for a family member and inadvertently ordered another one. I immediately emailed customer service and my problem was resolved promptly.”

“I had made a mistake in the delivery address, owing to my autofill. Not knowing this, I queried the delivery time with customer services, who asked me to check the address then offered to re-order for me, free of charge. Their response time was also amazingly fast!”
