“I made a mistake on my order, so I emailed Greeting Card Universe and they responded very quickly. In fact, I realized that I had made more than 1 mistake, so I had to email them again. Again they responded right away. They were able to help me with my error. I would definitely order from them from now on.”

“The customer service dept answered my email promptly relieving my concern Re my order!! And my order was being mailed out promptly today!! I’ve ordered cards from Greeting cards Universe many times a year and I’ve always been extremely pleased with their service and the awesome quality of their cards! The recipients of the cards I’ve sent or given have raved about how very awesome the cards are!!! Everyone lives receiving these cards!!! The Best Cards Ever & I love being able to sit I. The comfort of my own home while choosing the perfect card for family member or friend, etc!! Thank you for your fantastic selection to choose from!”

“While I am happy with the quality of your cards, your delivery service has a lot to be desired. I order cards more than 14 days in advance and always receive them two days late as i follow delivery on USPS tracking by e mail, they are always delivered 2-3 days after the Post Office says they will be delivered. As I wish to remain a customer I suggest you look into a better delivery service.”

“I have found some "hard to find" cards at the Hallmark store in the past, with just one or two to choose from. But now we don't have a Hallmark store in our area. Plus, the Hallmark cards can be very expensive; especially for special cards. I was able to shop at home online and "search" for the subject content I needed. I looked at Walmart first, but it's busy and loud, and it takes a long time to look through the racks.”

“I am thrilled to have found this company! in charge of a large event, I didn't know where to begin... announcements, save the date, invitations, thank you notes. Greeting Card Universe had it all! I shopped their inventory and found exactly what was needed, and more! Their Website was extremely user friendly, Ordering was very easy, Payment went through PayPal, no charge for shipping and my order was here in less than a week. Perfect! I even had to reorder more invitations and they had them on file under my account. Reorder took less than 5 minutes! I couldn't be happier!”
