I ordered the sterling silver heart shaped ring and waited 1 month for it to arrive. On the second occasion Of wearing this ring I got my hand stuck between a table to the door to which bent the ring completely out of shape. It wasn’t a hard impact as my hand was fine, no a father no blood etc .. I called Gucci to express that I paid good money for quality and this happened so easily!! How? I was sent an email which I had to reply to with pictures. I did this and took a week till they got back to me. The only option I was given was that I paid a further £80 for a replacement?!! They were missing the point that surely If you paid for good quality this shouldn’t happen and I understand it happened by accident but should that of happened so easily? They were rude and useless

How do you mess up shipping when it's literally Being shipped a 7 hour drive away. Been a week and FedEx hasn't even received it. But no they won't change the shipping address now cos "once it has been shipped we can't change it". I can literally see it hasn't been shipped yet. Pretty bad customer service too. All they do it say they will talk to management and get back but never actually get back to you.

Better off buying anything else. 11 months ago I purchased the Women's Ace embroidered sneakers for my wife. For the price point I would expect them to last longer than a year. The last thing I’d have expected is the shoes to have deteriorated as rapidly as they have after having worn then a handful of times. The leather appears to have been poorly painted and is now wearing away, leaving the shoes with a peeling appearance. Rain has also made the ink from the side stripe run down the shoe. The Gucci name on the back of the shoe has also worn away making them look like a cheap knock off (I bought these directly from a Gucci store in person). As people that love sneakers and own a lot of sneakers we had expected something better from Gucci. These do not meet basic consumer guarantee standards and having attempted to make contact 3 different ways with not a single person coming back to me I am fed up to say the least. Next time I’ll just pop my money in a paper shredder.

If I could give no stars I would - that’s how bad the online service has been! 😡😤 Ordered a pair of earrings online that showed to be in stock, received confirmation of order email, but didn’t receive the items! Turns out when I PHONED THEM, that they’d cancelled the order as they weren’t in stock after all (apparently problem with their website). I received no apology & despite me raising a complaint they’ve refused to acknowledge their error! I’ve ended up having to pay for express delivery from Selfridges (as they were a birthday gift for a friend) My advice, don’t use the online service- use a partner (such as Selfridges, whose customer service is excellent) instead!

I have shopped for many years and I have never had anyone speak to me so deplorable. I purchased two belt and one They didn’t have in stock to they gave me what was on the display as I was in a rush at the time and also under impression that should be fine as I can’t be bothered to wait for a online purchase. The best was around £350 I think and there was a bent for other customers trying it on and I didn’t see this in the first place as they were busy and I neeed to get out of the shop soon for a dinner date time that was booked. I contacted them after 6 month and I know it’s too late but as I mentioned I wasn’t aware and I rarely used this colour with my outfit and mainly the other colour was mostly used however, the item that wasn’t even used that often so one day I realised this belt has a bent and i never used it for tight clothing and usually for jeans accessories and it’s loose but it has a bent and I knew it wasn’t me! I compared to the belt that I used mostly, the second belt didn’t have it as I mentioned wasn’t used and only for jeans accessories, so emailyyhe customer service and they advised the put it through their fault technical team and never heard anything back and they I have to go to the store, and I don’t live in London and it’s two hours drive for me to just go to the store, so I constantly was going around a circle with them! They were sending me the same robotic emails over and over again and repliying to them and they replies were the same outcome and there is nothing they can do!!!!! Unbelievable customer experience so not only lost my mo eye but also lost my time, got stressed over their stupidity! I used to work for channel and this service isn’t exceptional to Chanel customer experience no matter what if the customer comes to you, you make sure that they has been filed with joy while you deal with the issue. Hermes, LV, Chanel, Tommy Hilfiger, DG, Calvin Klein is the brand you want to go with much better customer service journey that Gucci! Once they take your money they dont care! They person who was dealing with me were three different people and all robatics! Named Nardis, Gianda, Bennetta!!!

By far the worst experience EVER... I purchased my bag in July 2018, the screw came out near the strap area in September 2018. I took it back to the Houston Galleria Gucci store in September 2018 to have it repaired NOT knowing about their lengthy repair process. Please keep in mind that this was just a tiny screw that held the strap together. This was my process... 1st) they had to take pictures of my bag, email the pictures to someone so that they can review the pictures and approve the repair, once that was done, 2nd) Gucci (the location that I took my purse, which was the SAME place I purchased it from) then mailed it off to their repair location in New Jersey. 3rd) once received they then have to verify if they have the part to repair the item instock... 4th) if NOT (GOD forbid, which was exactly what happened to me) they have to order it from Italy (OMG) 5th) you will have to wait until they receive that part 6th) and THEN at that time they will begin the repair. LET ME TELL YOU all of these steps took place when I took my purse back to the Houston Galleria Mall to have it repaired! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! You mean to tell me after spending a lot of money for a bag, that GUCCI ended up having longer then I did since I purchased it, THIS IS THE BEST THAT THEY CAN DO!!! NEVER AGAIN will I EVER purchase another GUCCI ANYTHING!

Was gifted a belt. It ended up being too large. When I went to the original store of purchase, in the short hills mall, nj, I was not handled like I was in a high end store. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. The sales girl informed me that they they did not have it in stock and In fact was on back order. She also stated that I could look to order it myself on line. So I did and it was available. She never offer d to see if it was available in any store and told me she could not order it for me. So I then said ok I will order it myself and return this one. She then credit the money back to the person who gifted it!!!!! How completely embarrassing. I never wanted my money back I only wanted and exchange and she could not provide me with that so why would it have go back to the person who gave it to me. I had a gift receipt too. Imagine calling the person and having to explain. All I wanted was for her to order it for me or find it in another store. Truely very poor customer service. Very disappointed

Order a belt for Christmas and then after I ordered wondered if it would be left on the doorstep. Emailed Gucci and asked if it will left at the door and there response: My records indicate that your online order has shipped and is scheduled for delivery on 12/19/2017. Please note that Gucci is not responsible for unanticipated FedEx delays and a signature is required upon receipt. If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact FedEx directly at 1-800-GO-FEDEX and provide your tracking number: It was left at the door, and I had emailed them again about it being left at the door and now they won't respond. Seems like they only respond if it's an easy question. Horrendous customer service.
