Men's GG Supreme slide sandal I bought this sandals for my husband, he wore it twice and it started peeling, we sent it to Gucci in Macy's and was told we have to pay over $90 to have it repaired,

Do not purchase anything from Gucci. I understand return/exchanges are out In place but with a global pandemic still going on there has to be some flexibility to this process. I wanted to exchange a purchase that was over the 30 day period and they would not exchange for an even more expensive product. What company doesn’t want to make more money? 🤷‍♀️ I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor and they hung up on me. When I card back had to start over with al of my information and then put me on hold foe 15min to tell me they spoke with manager and again we cannot exchange it. I said I asked to speak with manager and they said he was busy. I told them I would just appreciate the opportunity to hear this from him. He then got on phone and again we were disconnected. As foe other reviews it almost sounds like even if you try to do something within the 30 days the online or over the phone makes it impossible to speak with anyone before getting disconnected or put off. How can you a customer service department for high end products be run so poorly?

i dont recommend anyone wasting their money on gucci. customer service is horrible. you would expect the best service when your purchasing a "high end" bag, but nope nor from gucci.

Dreadful, poor customer service on a bag ruined in 2 days of use. Bag not fit for purpose as the dye from your clothes rubs off and marks the fabric on the crossbody camera bag. No warnings at all in the description online. Will never buy from Gucci again. What’s the point on having a bag you can’t wear without damaging it!! How poor of them!! Their comment was it was due to “external circumstances” I didn’t ask for a refund just to exchange for another bag that I could wear. Basically they are not interested and sell far too many expensive bags to care about customer care. Don’t want to give them any stars at all!

I ordered a bag on their website from this company. They charged me around 1000 and then cancelled my order two days later and are trying to say they never charged me at all and refuse to give me back my money. I looked at my bank statements and it shows they took out over 1000 and it was never put back in. So they stole my money and never sent my item and are saying they never took my money as well! These people are greedy scammers. This was my first time buying Gucci item and I can’t believe they are such a shady greedy company. They stole my money and are acting stupid like the don’t have it.

Needless to say, my family and I have been customers of the esteemed brand for years and have never faced such damage, especially to a leather good item. Noticeably, this is not a damage inflicted by a customer but a natural one done due to perhaps terrible quality and make of the shoes themselves. How can genuine leather goods tear themselves apart? Leather items especially from Gucci, LVMH & Hermes Houses are made to last a lifetime. I am not sure how to feel about this as this has more or less made me question the entirety of the Gucci name? How could the Italy office refuse to take responsibility and accountability- this reflects on poor luxury client relationship management along with disastrous quality of genuine leather items. Both Prada & LV have repaired the few times with zero questions asked. To shortly conclude, if Gucci wants to maintain their haute couture image they should present themselves like one. Or else one might as well get shoes from a junior brand since they are going to tear away in 5 years or less anyway.

I had bad customer service ever! He yelled at me and so upset 😭 All i want if he could help track my package. Worst customer service i ever received in my entire life. I was about to go to the manager but the next agent was very polite and so nice to me it made me calm down. I hope you'll find an agent that will provide customer satisfaction.

Gucci won’t accept my return!!!! They claim the tag was missing when they got it, but I sent it back intact. Scammers. Gucci even closed the matter before I got to talk to them!!! Disgusting people!

I ordered my sister the Double G earrings with black crystals. I was charged the 380 (including shipping) for the item. Delivery was fast, but what I was sent was the double G stud earrings for a fraction of the price! The tag that they sent with it even said they were the crystal ones. Some idiot must’ve thought I wouldn’t notice? Anyway, customer service was horrible, it took weeks for them to respond to me to assist me. Very disappointed. I did eventually receive my refund but I expected more from such a “high end” brand. Scammers for sure

I ordered some shoes from Gucci however upon arrival, after trying them on for 10 minutes, I realised they were not comfortable! I packaged them up and off they went to Italy! A week later I get an email saying they will not refund me as the shoes have shown sign of wear!! I had them on for a maximum of 10 minutes, in my home, on carpet! After arguing with them, they shipped them back..... and shock, when they returned there was absolutely no sign of wear!! Just a way to get out of refunding people!! Stay away from this high end brand! Useless!

I bought a crossbody bag from Gucci. I only wore it once and the tassel that zips the purse fell off. The clasp that hold the tassel wasn’t closed all the way. Now I don’t have a tassel. I reached out to customer service, emailed me receipt, pictures and everything and NO RESPONSE!!!! Lois Vuitton is sooooooo much better than me!!!!!! Louis Vuitton gives you Awesome customer service and follow up with you.

We bought a heart bracelet So disappointing The bracelete broke right after 30 days Now to get it fixed Gucci charges $50 When we got it we were trusting Gucci’s name and reputation However , Gucci’s jewelry is so expensive They should offer a better policy on fixing their pieces We completely regretted buying it We DONT recommend it

My review would be zero if possible. By far the worst customer service and lack of empathy. Let's make this simple: Sent shoes for repair( needed heel fixed on sneakers) received them over two months later and they were just polished. No one returns your call and never fixed it. Why would you send a repair back without it being fixed?

Scam! Everyone please be careful when you want to buy something from Gucci. I had purchased three pair of sneakers from them. One of them was supposed to be size 37 but they gave me size 40 instead. Another pair was too small. I mailed them all back and it has been a month from the day that they arrived to the warehouse. They have not send my refund back. No response from the phone and email. They kept saying wait for 1 or 2 business day, and it has been a month. Please be aware and keep a record of everything!

I sent my bag to have the handles repaired on 12/1 today is 2/20. They told me it maybe 4-6 weeks. I have left 4 emails with the repair center, with zero response. I have tried to call the Scottsdale Gucci store, and have either been hung up upon (4x’s), or been automatically transferred to a phone that rings off of the hook until I am told the mailbox is full and to call back later. Of which still no one answers. I know not to expect too much service these days but this is taking it to a new lower level of terrible service.

Stephanie and her manager in the white plains store were terrible. They claim to supply excellent customer service and they provided anything but. I had to keep following up with them and they did nothing to help with my repair.

Ordered a belt wore it once over the weekend and there is no a lovely dent in the middle of the belt - I called Gucci and explained the situation they asked me to send in some photos of the belt not specifically specifying what it was they wanted photos of until 4 emails later they decide to tell me they need photos of x y z which I had sent over the them 3 time they then came back to me and said that they needed further photos to clarity making me feel like a criminal only to then be told over the phone well as you've worn it once not and cut the label not sure there is anything we can do. Spending so much on a belt I expect it to not have a dent in it after the first wear. Wont be buying from Gucci again - rude and very poor service
