“Only two small points. Phone didn’t work first three times I called. Next day it did and I was told there’d been a power cut. Letter warning of problems re equity drawdown - family, social security, tax etc- a copy of which I had to sign and return to prove you’d warned me, was dated two days after I’d signed all the documents and reached me the day of completion. Surely you should send this out early in the process.”
