“Very competent from the start and, flexible when we misunderstood some paperwork-solicitor came back the same day to sort paperwork. Things ran smoothly on the whole and the cash from our finance company was promptly deposited into our account. We were also notified by phone that this was happening. To be expected I suppose, got put through to voicemail a couple of times and had to ring back, however, only a minor point.”

“We used GW for the sale / purchase of property. All communication and correspondence with them was polite and professional, however we found ourselves having to chase them for information quite a bit. The online portal is a bit of a gimmick as it was not kept up to date, hence the repeated phone calls.”

“The service was efficient, friendly and comprehensive communication. My only complaint was a £70 +vat charge for a standard letter of advice relating to inheritance tax which I neither requested or was advised about in the original draft list of charges.”

“We were satisfied with the services we received, our only concern was the time it took to complete. We were informed that using an LPA did take extra time. Speaking of which we are still awaiting the return of our LPA document which does cause me some concern.”
