“The legal process to access equity in our home ran smoothly. Documents were received promptly and assistance was readily available when required to address our questions. The visiting agent was pleasant and respectful throughout the signing process. Completion took place as agreed.”

“All went well with the exception of forwarding the wrong title deed, told it wasn’t important but not the case when an independent solicitor got involved. Eventually the correct title deed was issued for our signatures.”

“The process of equity release proved frustrating and lengthy. However it became apparent that the providers solicitors employed a system of decision making which neither logical or sensitive to the applicants for equity release. Your clients are by definition predominantly elderly they deserve better than six months of waiting including the last hour cancellation of three approved separate offers However I repeat this was not the fault of ms Karla Conner who finally achieved a conclusion.”
