“Ordered a SuperDry Watch from them as they were £35 cheaper than anywhere else, paid in full with paypal. Next day (today 6.5.16)was told out of stock. Looked back on website and they are still advertising the watch as limited stock. I thought this was illegal.”

“went to have a battery changed for my watch. The guy did it in a hurry without a word. Next day my watch stopped working . I had to go back twice to the shop, as he was never there, then finally they told me to phone customer service (waited 30 minutes) - I was then told they would contact me in 2 days, then nothing at all since (more than 2 weeks now) Very very appalling service.”
