“ Ordered watch online, did not arrive, their online chat eventually told me it was out of stock. Give them their due when I rang customer services they did arrange a transfer from another shop to my local one but.... they never bothered to contact me to tell me they had it. So to recap twelve days on, I've just had to walk a mile and a half in the pouring rain to collect a watch that had free delivery and was more expensive, from a shop who didn't know why they had it! Absolutely appalling, avoid at all costs ”
