“I'm using nagold hob since three years but have been having problems like getting switched off in low flame, the big burner not working, lot of black deposit on the vessels, etc., First, the authorised service centre number is not available anywhere in hafele websites or other pages. When I finally got the contact from a showroom nearby, they took the whole unit for service. I got a call saying there are many parts that needs to be replaced and quoted a huge sum towards that and service. When I questioned about the quality of the product and the price I have paid, the answer was shameless and very rude. The authorised service engineer in Bangalore said that he agrees hafele is an inferior quality with cheap burners compared to prestige or sunflame. This is a lifestyle product and calls for heavy maintenance if you need these stylish products was the straight shameless response. He also said don't waste my time, get it repaired if you want or throw it away. Extremely disappointed Hafele. I have recorded the conversation and will escalate it to the highest possible level”
“I have had 3 conversations with them and 2 emails chasing £102.18. Working from home i can't check during the Covid 19 pandemic. Harassing people who have been furloughed to make them sort out when they are going to get paid. Literally horrid people who suggested i got on the bus and went to work to post a part back to them if we weren't going to pay for it. I explained personal worry with sick family issues. They are the worst people i have encountered during this crisis. You will never be able to apologise to me.”
