What an absolute nightmare to deal with. Wanted one LED strip uplight for a bedhead. Firstly it requires ordering six separate components. Tried calling the local WA office but you can’t, you only get put through a bloke in Brisbane who was useless. In frustration I went into the WA store and even their staff couldn’t decipher the catalogue. Thankfully their “expert” just happened to arrive at the store and sorted out my order. All parts arrive separately via courier. I have now received three separate boxes and don’t know whether I have all components or not, so I’ll now have to face calling another office to get yet another unrelated staff member to resolve my order…all for one light. Never ever again! What a freaking nightmare of a company!!! It doesn’t matter what they have that you want, just find something similar elsewhere!!!

Such a horrible service in mysore.. They are the big drama people. No proper service. Pls it's a request to all not to buy Hafle products. Such a Horrible horrible service 😞

Such a worst company, low quality high prices and pathetic service. Never ever buy Hafele products. They are good in sales and worst in giving good quality product to customer and completely forget abt after purchase service. There is no such concept, if you get any issue with the product only option is to buy a new one. You will not get response for your queries, no value for customer time and money. I will not suggest Hafele to anyone.

Installed in mid Jan but in Feb just one month later the gate digital lock cannot auto lock. Worse day and night it keeps repeating this message. See video. Contacted service guy, they need 1 week to be available to service. This is so annoying! Drained the battery and noise pollution to me and my neighbours!

Shortly after moving into our new home. a hinge on a Hafele cabinet door snapped (poor quality or installer error?) It is a very complex thing consisting of six parts. I contacted customer care for a replacement. To be sure of a correct replacement, I sent several photos of the part. Three different reps. said they would contact me back, only one did and she still hasn't given me an answer. I'm not asking for a free replacement, just a CORRECT REPLACEMENT! very, Very, VERY DISSATISFIED! Used email and phone.

Disappointing Experience with Hafele India - Chimney Quality and After Service Product Quality: The chimney purchased from Hafele India proved to be of subpar quality, as it malfunctioned just after one year of usage. The premature failure of the product raises serious concerns about the overall durability and reliability of Hafele appliances. Lack of Information about Voltage Issues: The most frustrating aspect is the complete lack of information from the Hafele team regarding potential voltage-related problems with the chimney. Customers were not adequately informed about the need for specific voltage requirements, leading to unexpected breakdowns and repair costs. Exorbitant Repair Costs: Upon contacting the after-service team, I was shocked to learn that the cost of fixing the chimney issue is a staggering Rs 6500/-. This exorbitant repair cost is unreasonable, especially considering the product failure occurred within a short period and appears to be a result of manufacturing or design flaws. Poor After Service: The customer service experience with Hafele has been disappointing, with a lack of empathy and understanding towards the inconvenience caused. The company seems more interested in profiting from repairs rather than ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Unprepared for the Indian Market: Hafele's inability to address common issues faced by consumers in the Indian market, such as voltage fluctuations, indicates a lack of thorough market research and product adaptation. It appears that Hafele is not adequately prepared to cater to the specific needs and challenges of the Indian consumer base. Being an NRI and living in Germany for last 5 years built a lot of trust to me and this is why I went blindly for a German Brand in India (Specially focusing build quality), But to be very frank, German brands are not prepared for Indian Market. They are not ready to retain their customers in India. They are providing high maintenance products but with not similar build quality.

Hi Hafele India Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from Hafele India. As a loyal customer who values safety and quality, I am appalled by the way my concerns have been handled. 2 weeks back, I sought assistance from Hafele India for deep clean service of my hob and chimney. Right after my call to the customer care, I was contacted by Hafele representative in Hyderabad and they confirmed the date and time for deep cleaning. The technician AKBAR JUNED (+91 93914 59618) came from your authorized service center and while I was in my official calls, he threated my wife about risk of stove exploding due to problem with the piston. ( WE NEVER HAD THE ISSUE AND WE HAD JUST CALLED HIM FOR DEEP CLEANING SERVICE ). But if someone talks about risk what can a customer do?? My wife asked to replace the piston ( deep down she knew it was not needed) and Akbar replaced the piston and charged us INR 6400 ( bill attached). He left immediately after taking money and stole the old piston too. Which clearly means there was no problem and he just wanted to fleece us. Why did he take the old piston back? Secondly, after he left our stove burner started giving issues. We tried contacting him 100 times but he does lift the phone calls. We called his agency but no response. We called Hafele customer care but no response. Its been 2 weeks already and my burner has an issue which is risk to our lives. My experience with Hafele India has left me feeling cheated and betrayed, not to mention the potential risks this ongoing issue poses to my safety and that of my family. I demand an immediate resolution to the problem, and I expect a full refund for the services that were clearly not provided. I need refund of my INR 6050 . I urge you to take this matter seriously and rectify it promptly. Failing to do so will not only lead to further damage to your reputation but may also necessitate legal action. I also demand to remove this vendor from your list who play with lives of innocent people. Now you tell me he is not authorised person. My question is how did he call me on your behalf when I raised a request in your toll free number??? This means there is a big scam going on in your customer service team. I purchased Haffelle 4 burnol stove and chimney in 2017! After 1 year repeated complaints regarding burnol , almost 10-15 times i complaint and 2-3 times all burnols were replaced at full cost( which are very costly ) and now i got vexed up and purchased another brand stove !! And regarding chimney 2 times PCB were burnt and got it repaired inspite of having stabiliser ! They told it’s because of fluctuation of power but why only Haffele products are effecting why other brand products are working well inspite of fluctuations? There is no answer from the so called Haffele company !! Though the service and customer care is good but if products are not upto mark what is the use of good service !! It a huge loss to the customer !

My induction cooker hob gave me enough troubles. Now after two years I am experiencing corrosion on the bottom side of the hob. Poor quality Chinese manufactured HAFELE products. My fridge, oven, microwave oven and hob all are HAFELE in the kitchen. Fridge doors are not aligned with the body. Local agent tried to rectify the issues by adjusting the alignments. But didn’t work. Can’t recommend to anyone these HAFELE products. Sri Lanka

I bought Hafele Teresa T 90 two years back. Since then atleast seven times the board got burnt. Worst model and worst service. They should replace it with another. But they try to patch and the patching work is not good.

I had the worst experience of my life after purchasing Hafele product. I got the product installed in December 2022(Stove and Chimney ) and started using the product exactly from Dec 24th 2022.As seen in the picture all my vessels outer layer gets burnt with coal. How much ever you maintain the product it's of no use at all. Even after paying almost 40,000 for stove the product does not pay you off as per terms. It's my humble request do not buy any of Hafele products and waste your money

The entire experience of designing my kitchen, buying, installation has been an extremely painful process with Hafele. I have never seen German company with such callous attitude to customers. Probably their DNA have changed in India. I had to deal with at least 14 people from Hafele in this entire process which is crazy. After sales is extremely bad. In a month’s time our hob stand got cracked and they blamed it on us that we have dropped it, which is an utter lie. They said they will not replace free. We have to pay in full. They supplied non stainless steel hinges for the waste bin cabinet. Caught rust within 2 months. We have spent a fortune on the kitchen and believe this has been the biggest mistake of our lives.

I had always heard great reviews from friends about HAFELE products and we shifted from our gilma cooking range to a fancy white Hafele one in 2019. We started having minor issues within 3 to 6 months of buying it. Due to covid the issues went unattended and finally for last 10 days 3 of the burners are not working and we are getting food cooked elsewhere. Repeated calling and trying to get a solution has not helped. They are asking us to pay for new burners when to start with we seem to have got a defective product. No one answers your queries and repeated calls to the head office has also not helped.

Dear Sir My complaint number is C221021108270-1. I bought digital lock just in February 2021 and in just 1.5 years lock has stopped working. Your technician told the front panel needs to be changed and it is out of waranty. It will cost Rs18000. Sir please check if you were a customer how would you have reacted. This is really very disappointing. Please see if you can help

I had purchased a microwave (S38.01.071) on 27th July, 2019 which has stopped working. I have tried raising complaints numerous times, for which I got no proper response. The company keeps sending people to “check” the microwave, however no action has been taken on it whatsoever. I am highly dissatisfied with the services you have provided. The microwave has not performed as it should have. This model was one of the high ends model that the company had at the time. After various attempts, I got through and I contacted your customer care department (Request number: IN_A220824-722)and informed them about the faulty machine. They told me that the company has stopped the manufacturing of this particular model long back (near the time of my purchase) This product is still under warranty for another 1 year (till 2023, refer the attachments). I am eligible for the free repairing/ replacement that it needs. I do not wish to, nor will I pay any cash on its repairing/ replacement. It is none of my concerns that the company manufactures this model or not. As a customer, I expect the promises that the company has made to be kept. It is your responsibility to resolve the matter. You cannot expect the customer to pay for the services while the product is still in warranty period. I am happy to send any more documents needed. Do let me know. I expect that you repair the microwave at no cost to me or get it replace with a new one. This has been going on since a few days now, and I expect you to act on it on urgent and immediate basis. Everything that has been going on is not acceptable at all.

Stay away from these products. I had them in my house 10 years ago and loved them but this build is completely different. I have the pull out cooking oil stand and it is so badly designed the products fall off when pulled out mainly because the side is too low there is no support and the quality of the tin is so poor the whole thing shakes as its pulled out , same thing with the tea towel pull out. The twin large bins have corroding on the tracks after only 12 m months and the tracks a very worn. I would not choose these products again.
