“I signed up to the HandsHQ monthly subscription thinking that I would be able to produce a CPP - it was not clear on the website that this is only possible on an Annual Pro license. In the help section there is a question in there that deals with this but it is buried deep. I think this is misleading and a deliberate tactic by HandSHQ - it should be more transparent. Or, there should be an option to purchase this function as a one off/an upgrade with in the monthly packages in line with the level of subscription.”

We only offer the CPP templates on our Pro Annual package as an add-on to the RAMS, since setting up the additional module and template is a manual process. “Perfect for what I needed. We have a one off barn conversion project and it allowed me to select tick boxes, pay £36 and download 160 pages of risk assessment and method statements as a PDF. I then edited it a bit by hand but SO much better than trying to invent it all from scratch.”

“HandsHQ are good at what they do. Clear concise documents that do the job. I would give 5 stars if the costs were a bit more reasonable.”

“Great idea, needs polishing. I advise to go through all text before sending it to your client. The grammar and spelling is fairly poor in places. Some sentences are even missing words. Not very professional in my opinion to be handing over documents with poor spelling and grammar.”

“Very helpful and useful software which I will most definitely use again. Very quick and particular and covers all bases. Only downfall is the cost for using this service! We would use it a lot more if the cost was reduced or if more projects were available for the amount charged.”
