“I am not happy about the fact that I need to pay for the return of my items. Unfortunately they were too small. I would appreciate a credit towards a future purchase or free return shipping.”

“The goods I purchased were all too large I returned them immediately asking for an exchange for smaller sizes , which they had in stock., Had to chase them days later as I had had no confirmation of return, was reassured they were dealing with it but 11 days later still none the wiser!”

“The service was very poor. They promised next day delivery, however the goods did not arrive until the third day after the order was placed. I emailed on the second day after delivery, no satisfaction. The only reason I used the service was because of the “ next day delivery “ promise.”
