- Website Experience: a) Was charged for shipping wrongly. b) Order was accepted but was not delivered as it was out of stock. c) While upgrading their website they missed out on sending me the link to my account on their new website. -Customer Service Experience: a) 2 of my gently used Hanro boxers had concerns with the waistband so I wrote to them on 9th July 21. The concern was rejected/ignored stating that they were an old purchase. b) I escalated my concern to the Head Manufacturing Hanro & received an apology/acknowledgment stating that this is a manufacturing defect. A refund was approved immediately on 29th July 21. c) Intimates Lingerie UK sends me a gift voucher for the approved amount after over 2 weeks on 16th August 21! I responded back asking for a refund on 16th August 21. d) After not hearing from Intimates Lingerie UK for over a month, I escalated my concern to their owner on 21st September 21. Here is his response: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Good morning Thank you for your email. I have looked into this matter and found that we have dealt with it promptly and efficiently all the way along the line. Indeed your previous complaints have also been dealt with very efficiently. We are more than happy to refund you the payment but to do this we must have the same bank details that you supplied when you purchased the product. Please send this directly to Beth, you already have her address. Thank you --------------------------------------------------------------------------- e) Intimates Lingerie UK was adamant on only refunding the small amount of 21.50 GBP to the original payment mode but also needed the sort code which I do not have as my credit card is an international one. So after 20 emails in which I had to provide sensitive credit card/bank account details in this GDPR era, my refund was processed. f) Intimates Lingerie UK has confirmed that they have deleted my account with them & that I am not on their mailing list anymore. I had asked them to initiate this for me. ------------------------------------------------------------- So from 9th July 21 till 23rd September 21 (two & a half months) is what it takes a Hanro customer to get their concern resolved that too after contacting Hanro directly & following up. -------------------------------------------------------------

Been using hanro for 15yrs. Last two lots bought 10-12 pairs of pants each time from London shop. Worn out in now time. Lose shape, waistband shredding on joins and the gusset wears through in no time. Read a few of the reviews here which all congratulate service, well done you, and a few Praise the quality. I’d wait until you’ve worn them for 6 months to year. Waistband at least hasn’t weakened. Never get a girlfriend with these pants.

Compared with those I already have- midi briefs with a luxurious stretch leavers trim, size M, those I have received have a rigid rachelle lace, only, around the front and the lace creates a sensation of tightness when putting them on and pulling them down. No longer a luxurious feel at all.

The two warm long sleeved vest where not the same quality that I have bought in the past. Was very disappointed.

Awful customer service. My parcel was sent to a different address than the one I gave. The parcel was lost, and my interlocutor did not suggest any form of compensation. I had to suggest that she re-orders the items (unfortunately by the time she did it, one was sold out, so I had to go for a different size...) and when I received the new parcel, only one item had been packed. Unbelievably amateur.

I realised after I ordered that this was not delivered by hanro, but by a company called intimates lingerie in the UK. Things were out of stock. They wouldn't give me a delivery date and I have been chasing for weeks to find out whether it would arrive in time for Xmas so I could by a replacement product if not and cancel the order. it is the 23rd now and still no response to this so I have no idea whether i need to buy a replacement present or not. Very poor service.

Hanro goods are AWAYS superb. The delivery company was ********useless! I know we live in the sticks, and get everyone else’s parcels.- too many east Europeans generally deliver out here, won’t take directions, usually drop goods and run. First time this has happened with Hanro goods though, and taken elsewhere!

1. no email confirmation of my order 2. sent me the wrong pants which I returned at a cost of £7.40. I sent photo of pants I ordered with a description of exactly what I wanted and ordered. 3.No email acknowledging receipt. I phoned to get confirmation. 4. sent me the exact same pair as before again! 5. I have to return the second sent pair and cancel order.

Ordered a cream t-shirt vest and received a black sleeveless vest. The box was for a cream t shirt vest but inside was a black sleeveless vest. Informed Hanro and now waiting for correct item. Disappointing for a high end brand.

Unfortunatelly, my package has been sent back to Hanro by DPD at 25 January without any explanation and I cannot get any clear information about the status of the order from Hanro customer service since then. It looks like international delivery is organized poorly so I cannot recommend it.
