“I had two problems with my order. One was I received an item I didn’t order and was shorted something I did order. Customer service immediately sent out correct product and told me to donate the wrong product. The second issue an off white jacket had black stains on it. Customer service once again replied promptly to my email and sent a replacement and it should arrive before Christmas. Mistakes happen and hapari made it easy to correct. I did not have long wait times on phone — just a quick email. — great customer service !!!”
“I am a long time buyer of Hapari. This time I bought my usual size and the top was way too small and tight. When trying to return/exchange they didn’t really own the fact that they have a sizing discrepancy as posted by tons of shoppers. They did offer an exchange or gift card to purchase something else. This is my last time shopping with them.”

Unfortunately they were very big and I had bought them on sale. But I got incredible customer service and thankfully they had my swimsuits in stock. And I love them. Hapari has quality swimsuits. I have been buying them for years and they are consistent with that.”
