Would be great if all the bikini tops had padding or the option to add and had adjustable straps (swim sports bra) for shorter bodies.

“I have been a Hapari customer for several years now. I am very disappointed in my last two orders.
1. I ordered two Feeling Fine jumpers in a size large. Neither of the jumpers are a size large even though the label says they are. Both are very small. I have another jumper from Hapari that is a large and it fits with room to spare. Very disappointing.
2. I purchased five sets of the Ooh La La Lounge set, four for gifts and one for myself. Mine was red and wash not at all colorfast - it bled red for three washings even though I used color catchers and vinegar in each wash. I haven't asked how the black ones did when washed - I am too embarrassed to ask those who received them as gifts. I assumed that these new products would be high in quality but they are not.”
“Your products are new to me, so the phenomenal sale prices were an incentive to shop. So many pretty patterns. Construction is good and colors are true to site depictions. Fabrics are thin and there isn't a lot binding spandex. Anyone with a real concern about modesty, will need to opt for the more structured pieces.”

“I had two problems with my order. One was I received an item I didn’t order and was shorted something I did order. Customer service immediately sent out correct product and told me to donate the wrong product. The second issue an off white jacket had black stains on it. Customer service once again replied promptly to my email and sent a replacement and it should arrive before Christmas. Mistakes happen and hapari made it easy to correct. I did not have long wait times on phone — just a quick email. — great customer service !!!”

When trying to return/exchange they didn’t really own the fact that they have a sizing discrepancy as posted by tons of shoppers. They did offer an exchange or gift card to purchase something else.
