“Well first of all, these sizes are not true sizes. I had to size up at least 2 sizes to get the correct fit. Like the material of the suits & the styles. Don't like that the bandeau top has sewn in pads. FYI not everyone wants padding. Not sure I'll ordering again.”
“I ordered several Tankini tops and some tummy tuck bottoms in separate orders. I had to contact customer service with a shipping issue (my fault) and neither order had been shipped, they were able to combine my orders and refunded the shipping for one of the orders. The representative was super helpful with my issue and combining my shipping was a great bonus and very much appreciated. Received my order and everything was perfect!”

“Would love to provide a better rating but I never received my item. Tracking only showed the item was accepted but additional updates after that. When I inquired to Hapari they basically said there is nothing they can do. Disappointed that they didn't attempt try to resolve. I order many items online and this is the first time a company has not offered to help. Will be disputing the charge on my cc.”
“The bathing suits are great quality and the customer service experience is 10 stars. I had a tanktini that fit to big on the top. It was from their $10 clearance so it wasn't returnable. I reached out to them about the fit and they sent me a $10 gift certificate. I was very pleased with that. This was my first time ordering and I'm glad I did.
