“I’d love to give a review but my items never showed up!! 3 weeks now I am waiting and customer service says “oh it’s coming” Check tracking everyday and it is stuck on “awaiting items.” Package is clearing missing and customer service is giving me the run around. I’ve been a Hapari customer for a while and I’m just so disappointed with this entire transaction.”
“I love the quality of the tops and the coverage of the high neck style. I have been buying this brand for 4 years now, but this year it seems like they are running smaller than in previous years.”
“I’ve been disappointed with Hapari lately. I ordered a top with a couple of their things and when my ordered arrived the top was missing and someone wrote on the packing slip “refund.” I checked my account a week later and still no refund. I emailed customer service and then they told me it was being processed. I had my money back the next day, but most companies notify you before something ships that it’s out of stock.”
“I purchased 5 tops and 3 bottoms during the Hapari sale and received them a couple of weeks ago. I have been dreading trying them on because it's not my favorite thing to try on swimsuits. 😬 I decided to try them on today and I love every single item. Can't wait to wear them now!”

“I have ordered a ton of suits from hapari the last few years & have always loved the quality & never had a problem. I did, however, get a suit this time that the place you hook the strap into was broken so it cannot be worn. I will need a replacement, but this is the 1st time out of probably 20 or more suits that anything like this has happened so it will not keep me from buying in the future. Great suits, great company!”
“I love the suits they fit great! For sure order a size up because they do run small, especially the tops. The only thing I would say and why I didn't give a 5 star is they could improve on their website as to what color bottoms match the tops because what I ordered thinking would go together the colors are not even close and look terrible together, luckily I have another top that matches the bottoms I bought, because I didn't want to pay shipping to return them.”
