“It is great that children shoes are reviewed so you can buy the most barefoot shoes. However, I think free delivery after a certain amount would be fair.”

“Great customer service, super fast delivery. Good choice of shoes but would like to see some other brands too. One star missing in my rating as I always struggle with your website (I use iPhone so that may be the reason not sure…).”

“The service is very good and I have ordered pediped sandals for the past 4 years. As they run large it's difficult to get the sizing right. I ordered two pairs had to return one pair and re-order a smaller size. So for shipping it has cost me a total of 37euros on top of the sandals (we are in Ireland) This has put me off ordering now in the future. I know there's probably nothing you can do about it but I'm afraid the cost is too high”

“I didn’t give 5 stars only because the centimeter of the shoes were not corrected so I had to send them back and look on the brand website for having the right size to choose. Rather than that the delivery has been very quick. I have returned the first pair of shoes and I have received the money back. They do not do the exchange so you need to return and ask for the money back and then buy another pair of shoes again.”

“Great selection of barefoot shoes and boots. Fairly quick delivery which is tracked. Free returns a bonus. Sadly when you return items there is a loss of some reward points due to the way they calculate refunds.”

“Shoes fine, speed of delivery fine. Just a bit miffed that after paying £130 for shoes, postage was an additional charge. I would have ordered from Vivo but for some reason, they do not stock one of the styles. It must be discontinued perhaps?”

“Even though this shoes are called snow boots, this shoes are not warm enough. My two year old was wearing thick wool knitted socks on top of his regular merino socks and still his feet were very cold after wearing this shoes in the snow. Very disappointed with Vivobarefoot.”

“Whenever I phone the customer helpline I always get a friendly and professional advice and a fast service. The reason why I didn’t score 5 stars is that I could not change my order placed the night before I called as it was already processed and your team couldn’t change the delivery to next day, perhaps it’s a bit inflexible however your adviser has managed to ship it to me in time via first class.”

Unfortunately, we cannot always make changes to orders made the night before because our warehouse team start earlier than the office staff and emails are not always picked up in time. “Service is fine but I paid extra for next day delivery and it wasn't highlighted to me that the order wouldn't be processed on a weekend. Makes sense I suppose but I am spoiled from Amazon and wish there was a note to state it in the checkout process.”

“Excellent service. The Plae shoes are great. The staff at Happy Little Soles are really good at responding to your emails and I was given a credit for shoes that were faulty (different brand) without any issues. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend!”
